En del ber\u00e4ttar f\u00f6r dig att n\u00e5gra hundra milligram omega-3 per dag \u00e4r tillr\u00e4ckligt, medan andra menar p\u00e5 att n\u00e5gra tusen \u00e4r en mer verklig siffra. Svaren finns bokstavligen talat \u00f6ver hela st\u00e4llet! Men ska vi ta reda p\u00e5 vad det r\u00e4tta svaret \u00e4r? Men de \u00f6verl\u00e4gset rikaste k\u00e4llorna till DHA och EPA \u00e4r\u00a0<strong>fet fisk\u00a0<\/strong>och\u00a0<strong>skaldjur\u00a0<\/strong>(3).
