Det \u00e4r billigt, smakar fantastiskt och \u00e4r f\u00e4rdigt p\u00e5 nolltid, dessutom finns det \u00f6verallt. Nyttig mat \u00e4r dock inte lika l\u00e4ttillg\u00e4nglig f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga. Nyttig mat kan ocks\u00e5 smaka underbart, men den kr\u00e4ver lite mer tid att f\u00f6rbereda och lagas. Nyttig mat \u00e4r inte lika billig som skr\u00e4pmat &#8211; eller inte alla g\u00e5nger i alla fall. Och \u00e4r det sant att nyttig mat kostar mer?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Enligt Carlson och Frazao (1) \u00e4r nyttig mat billigare n\u00e4r det kommer till pris per vikt: <em>pris per 100g \u00e4tbar vikt och pris per genomsnittsportion<\/em>. Men n\u00e4r det kommer till pris per kalori uppt\u00e4ckte de det motsatta, vilket \u00e4r att nyttig mat \u00e4r dyrare. Du beh\u00f6ver konsumera 6 portioner broccoli f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 i dig samma antal kalorier som f\u00f6r en portion pizza:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Broccoli &#8211;&gt; 50 kalorier\/portion x 6 portioner = 300 kalorier &#8211;&gt; Du beh\u00f6ver spendera <strong>4,88 $ f\u00f6r 300 kalorier<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salamipizza &#8211;&gt; 330 kalorier\/portion &#8211;&gt; Du betalar endast <strong>0,61$ f\u00f6r 330 kalorier<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Med det sagt \u00e4r pizza definitivt bra v\u00e4rde f\u00f6r pengarna n\u00e4r det handlar om kalorier. Varf\u00f6r laga mat n\u00e4r du enkelt kan str\u00e4cka dig efter en f\u00e4rdigr\u00e4tt i matvarubutiken, eller hur? Eller som med salamipizzan, l\u00e4gg den bara i mikrov\u00e5gsugnen s\u00e5 \u00e4r det f\u00e4rdigt p\u00e5 en minut!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Men varf\u00f6r \u00e4r det s\u00e5?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enligt en studie som publicerades i Journal of Consumer Researches (4) finns det en koppling mellan hur nyttig maten uppfattas och dess kostnad. Forskarna genomf\u00f6rde en serie med tester som gav st\u00f6d f\u00f6r &#8220;nyttigt \u00e4r dyrt&#8221;-sidan. <strong>En intressant uppt\u00e4ckt var att n\u00e4r man fick en budget valde deltagare det billigare alternativen \u00e4ven om de inte var lika nyttiga som de dyrare produkterna<\/strong>. S\u00e5 ett val mellan ett kaloririkt pizza-pack och ett kilo nyttig broccoli \u00e4r enkelt f\u00f6r de som endast tittar p\u00e5 priset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lyckligtvis \u00e4r det INTE dyrt att \u00e4ta nyttigt!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6lj de h\u00e4r tipsen f\u00f6r att spara en del pengar samtidigt som du ger dig och din familj nyttiga och n\u00e4ringsrika m\u00e5ltider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1) Laga mat hemma<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Genom att laga mat hemma sparar du inte bara pengar, det hj\u00e4lper dig \u00e4ven att undvika on\u00f6diga kalorier, kolhydrater, socker och fett (5). En annan f\u00f6rdel med att laga hemma \u00e4r att du kan f\u00f6rbereda hela veckans m\u00e5ltider. Det kr\u00e4ver massor av framf\u00f6rh\u00e5llning &#8211; planering, tillagning, dela upp m\u00e5ltiderna, m\u00e4rka matl\u00e5dorna, etc. &#8211; men f\u00f6rdelen \u00e4r att resten av veckan blir enkel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Matlagning tar ett tag att l\u00e4ra sig, men n\u00e4r du l\u00e4rt dig grunderna kommer du snabbt att bli effektiv. Men n\u00e4r det kommer till n\u00e4ring \u00e4r <strong>de INTE n\u00e4mnv\u00e4rt n\u00e4ringsrikare \u00e4n konventionella produkter<\/strong> (6). S\u00e5 deppa inte om din budget inte till\u00e5ter produkter med den ekologiska m\u00e4rkningen. Du kommer att spara pengar och \u00e4ven f\u00e5 i dig samma n\u00e4ringsinneh\u00e5ll som fr\u00e5n de ekologiska.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3) Lokalt producerade produkter<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Att k\u00f6pa fr\u00e5n lokala producenter ger m\u00e5nga f\u00f6rdelar. Exempelvis f\u00e5r du f\u00e4rskare och smakrikare varor och st\u00f6djer \u00e4ven den lokala producenten. Det inneb\u00e4r mindre logistik och hantering j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med andra produkter, s\u00e4rskilt de utl\u00e4ndska importerade produkterna. Mer ofta \u00e4n s\u00e4llan s\u00e4ljs \u00e4ven s\u00e4songsprodukter till ett billigare pris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4) Ha en lista innan du \u00e5ker och handlar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Genom att skapa en ink\u00f6pslista och h\u00e5lla dig till den kan du spara ordentligt. Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r ett perfekt tillf\u00e4lle f\u00f6r tunnelseende, s\u00e5 att du h\u00e5ller dig till din lista. P\u00e5 s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt s\u00f6lar du inte och tittar efter n\u00e5got annat att k\u00f6pa.
