Om antalet &#8220;kalorier in&#8221; \u00e4r st\u00f6rre \u00e4n antalet &#8220;kalorier ut&#8221; d\u00e5 kan du f\u00f6rv\u00e4nta dig att l\u00e4gga p\u00e5 ett par kilo extra! I st\u00f6rsta m\u00f6jliga m\u00e5n b\u00f6r du undvika processade livsmedel som \u00e4r rika p\u00e5 kolhydrater, och ist\u00e4llet fokusera p\u00e5 frukt och gr\u00f6nsaker som \u00e4r fullproppade med komplexa kolhydrater. Komplexa kolhydrater inneh\u00e5ller mer fibrer och \u00e4r n\u00e4ringsrikare \u00e4n enkla kolhydrater.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> 3) Detox-dieter hj\u00e4lper dig att rensa kroppen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Detox-dieter \u00e4r kortsiktiga dieter som best\u00e5r av n\u00e5gon typ av fasta, vilket kr\u00e4ver att du inte konsumerar n\u00e5got annat \u00e4n &#8220;detox juice&#8221; i flera dagar f\u00f6r att &#8220;eliminera&#8221; toxiner fr\u00e5n kroppen. Sanningen \u00e4r den att dessa dieter \u00e4r helt on\u00f6diga! vi har flera organ som effektivt eliminerar toxiner &#8211; som levern, lungorna och njurarna. Gluten ger br\u00f6det sin unika textur och degen dess elastiska och utt\u00f6jbara egenskaper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> 5) Lightl\u00e4sk \u00e4r utm\u00e4rkt f\u00f6r personer p\u00e5 dieter<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#ff2014\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Falskt<\/span><\/strong>. Det \u00e4r faktiskt d\u00e5ligt f\u00f6r din h\u00e4lsa att dricka lightl\u00e4sk. En studie fr\u00e5n 2015 uppt\u00e4ckte att metaboliska sjukdomar var mer f\u00f6rekommande bland personer som drack lightl\u00e4sk \u00e4n de som inte gjorde det. Metaboliska sjukdomar \u00f6kar risken till k\u00e4rlsjukdomar, diabetes och stroke (2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6) Fett \u00e4r inte din fiende<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#00b67b\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Sant<\/span><\/strong>. Fett \u00e4r en av de huvudsakliga makronutrienterna som kroppen beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r energi och tillv\u00e4xt. Det ger isolering f\u00f6r v\u00e5ra organ och h\u00e5ller oss varma. Men alla typer av fett \u00e4r inte nyttiga. Enkelom\u00e4ttade och flerom\u00e4ttade fetter \u00e4r den bra sorten, s\u00e5 konsumera mer av denna typ av fett. \u00c5 andra sidan b\u00f6r du h\u00e5lla dig borta fr\u00e5n transfetter och begr\u00e4nsa ditt intag av m\u00e4ttade fetter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7) Lever \u00e4r ett av de nyttigaste livsmedlen som finns<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#00b67b\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Sant<\/span><\/strong>! Lever har en speciell smak, men det g\u00e5r inte att f\u00f6rneka att det \u00e4r en <strong>nyttigt superfood<\/strong>! F\u00f6rhoppningsvis har du alla r\u00e4tt!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e5 det h\u00e4r p\u00e5st\u00e5endet \u00e4r&#8230; <strong><span style=\"color:#00b67b\" class=\"has-inline-color\">sant<\/span><\/strong>. Fett har blivit ett svart f\u00e5r under de senaste \u00e5rtiondena, men fett \u00e4r inte den superskurk som det framst\u00e4lls att vara. Helmj\u00f6lk inneh\u00e5ller en h\u00f6gre andel m\u00e4ttat fett (den &#8220;d\u00e5liga&#8221; typen av fet till skillnad mot om\u00e4ttade fetter). Men vetenskapliga studier visar att du \u00e4ven f\u00e5r i dig fler n\u00e4rings\u00e4mnen, inklusive D- och K-vitamin fr\u00e5n helmj\u00f6lk. Och \u00e4ven fast helmj\u00f6lk har ett h\u00f6gre fettinneh\u00e5ll \u00f6kar det \u00f6verraskande nog inte risken f\u00f6r k\u00e4rlsjukdomar (3).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9) En fettrik och kolhydratssn\u00e5l kost \u00e4r h\u00e4lsosam<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Har du n\u00e5gonsin h\u00f6rt talas om ketodieten? Det \u00e4r n\u00e4r din kropp n\u00e5r ketos och anv\u00e4nder fett som br\u00e4nsle ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r kolhydrater. Men keto \u00e4r inte en trist diet. Ketodieten har faktiskt funnits till sedan 1920-talet f\u00f6r att behandla epilepsi hos barn. Viktminskning \u00e4r bara en av de bra &#8220;biverkningarna&#8221; med keto. Dess huvudsakliga f\u00f6rdelar \u00e4r s\u00e4nkta blodsockerniv\u00e5er och f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrad insulink\u00e4nslighet (4), s\u00e5 det h\u00e4r p\u00e5st\u00e5endet \u00e4r <strong><span style=\"color:#00b67b\" class=\"has-inline-color\">sant<\/span><\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Men det finns dock en varningsflagga: keto \u00e4r en begr\u00e4nsande kost som inte passar alla. Vi rekommenderar att du upps\u00f6ker hj\u00e4lp av en registrerad dietist innan du b\u00f6rjar med en ny kosth\u00e5llning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10) De flesta kosttillskotten \u00e4r sl\u00f6seri med pengar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tyv\u00e4rr \u00e4r detta <strong><span style=\"color:#00b67b\" class=\"has-inline-color\">sant<\/span><\/strong>. <a href=\"https:\/\/se.intelligentlabs.org\/\"><strong>H\u00f6gkvalitativa kosttillskott<\/strong><\/a> kan hj\u00e4lpa. Men det finns m\u00e5nga oseri\u00f6sa f\u00f6retag som anv\u00e4nder tveksamma ingredienser i sina produkter, vilket du kan f\u00f6rest\u00e4lla dig inte b\u00e5dar gott f\u00f6r deras kunder. S\u00e5 innan du k\u00f6per n\u00e5got b\u00f6r du s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att f\u00f6retaget \u00e4r reko. Och gl\u00f6m inte att samtala med din l\u00e4kare innan du tar n\u00e5got.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11) Du kan \u00e4ta s\u00e5 mycket nyttig mat du vill och \u00e4nd\u00e5 g\u00e5 ner i vikt<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#ff2014\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Falskt<\/span><\/strong>. Kvalitet spelar absolut roll, men det g\u00f6r \u00e4ven kvantitet. Mat inneh\u00e5ller till skillnad mot vatten inte noll kalorier. Ju mer du \u00e4ter, desto fler kalorier f\u00e5r du i dig. N\u00e4ringsm\u00e4ssigt \u00e4r det INTE mycket som skiljer mellan ekologiska och icke-ekologiska livsmedel. Det \u00e4r f\u00f6rvisso sant att man undviker alla de skadliga kemikalierna fr\u00e5n bek\u00e4mpningsmedel, syntetiskt foder och andra kemikalier som anv\u00e4nds i icke-ekologiskt jordbruk, men det betyder inte att det \u00e4r n\u00e5gon m\u00e4rkbar skillnad i n\u00e4ringsinneh\u00e5llet (5).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13) All fruktjuice \u00e4r nyttig<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#ff2014\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Falskt<\/span><\/strong>. All frukt inneh\u00e5ller socker, som fruktos och sackaros. Men kommersiell fruktjuice &#8211; till och med de med gigantiska etiketter som menar att det \u00e4r nyttigt \u00e4r fullmatade med socker. Socker som naturligt f\u00f6rekommer i frukt \u00e4r nyttigt, men allt som adderas \u00e4r det inte. F\u00f6r en nyttigare juice b\u00f6r du anv\u00e4nda en blender som kombinerar juicen tillsammans med de \u00e4tbara delarna av frukten. P\u00e5 s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt f\u00e5r du \u00e4ven i dig fiber och alla andra n\u00e4rings\u00e4mnen fr\u00e5n frukten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14) All yoghurt \u00e4r nyttig<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Det h\u00e4r p\u00e5st\u00e5endet \u00e4r <strong><span style=\"color:#ff2014\" class=\"has-inline-color\">falskt<\/span><\/strong>. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/eu.intelligentlabs.org\/sv-se\/sanningen-om-yoghurt-levande-kulturer\/\">Yoghurt <\/a><\/strong>\u00e4r traditionellt nyttigt, men om du l\u00e4ser etiketterna noggrant m\u00e4rker du att de flesta av dem inneh\u00e5ller MASSOR av socker! De inneh\u00e5ller en rad olika vitaminer och mineraler, och \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 en utm\u00e4rkt k\u00e4lla till nyttiga fetter, proteiner, antioxidanter, omega-3 och det &#8220;goda&#8221; kolesterolet som hj\u00e4lper med att minska hj\u00e4rtsjukdom (6)!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">16) V\u00e5gen visar hur bra din h\u00e4lsa \u00e4r<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#ff2014\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Falskt<\/span><\/strong>. Din vikt \u00e4r inte det enda m\u00e5ttet p\u00e5 din h\u00e4lsa. Om du \u00e4r muskul\u00f6s eller om du har en naturlig kroppsform d\u00e5 kan v\u00e5gen tala om f\u00f6r dig om du \u00e4r \u00f6verviktig.
