Dolo\u010dene navade, kot je u\u017eivanje uravnote\u017eene prehrane, telovadba, in jemanje prenatalnih vitaminov, pomagajo izbolj\u0161ati verjetnost za zdravo nose\u010dnost. To je klju\u010dnega pomena, saj do\u017eivljenjski stro\u0161ki otroka s spino bifido niso niti malo poceni &#8211; ocenjeni na okoli $792,000 (<a href=\"https:\/\/ca.intelligentlabs.org\/5-mthf-activated-folic-acid-for-prenatal-health\/#references\">3<\/a>)!\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Obstajajo razli\u010dne oblike folata in folne kisline \u2014 niso vse enake! Vitamin B9 igra pomembno vlogo pri sintezi aminokislin, tvorbe krvi, metabolizmu homocisteina, imunskemu sistemu, in celi\u010dni delitvi. Za razliko od folata v prehrani se v \u010drevesju \u00a0ne absorbira v celoti in ne pretvori v 5-MTHF. To lahko povzro\u010di, da se <a href=\"https:\/\/ca.intelligentlabs.org\/unmetabolized-folic-acid\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>nepresnovljena<\/strong><\/a> folna kislina nabere v krvi, kar vodi v nekatere zdravstvene te\u017eave (<a href=\"https:\/\/ca.intelligentlabs.org\/5-mthf-activated-folic-acid-for-prenatal-health\/#references\">7, 8<\/a>).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>To nas pripelje do naslednje generacije sinteti\u010dnega folata &#8211; aktivirana folna kislina.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Aktivirana folna kislina (5-MTHF)<\/strong> je glavna oblika folata v krvi. \u010ce vzamemo 5-MTHF pretvorba v telesu ni ve\u010d potrebna. Zakaj? Ker je \u017ee aktivna oblika &#8211; oblika v katero se folat iz prehrane in obi\u010dajni folat pretvorita (<a href=\"https:\/\/ca.intelligentlabs.org\/5-mthf-activated-folic-acid-for-prenatal-health\/#references\">9<\/a>).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Aktivirana folna kislina je prava oblika vitamina B9 ne samo za \u017eenske v obdobju nose\u010dnosti, ampak tudi za posameznike z genetsko mutacijo MTHFR.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>V tabeli so prikazane glavne razlike med 3 oblikami:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-75058\" src=\"https:\/\/eu.intelligentlabs.org\/sl-si\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/59\/2022\/07\/strong-zakaj-je-5-mthf-folna-kislina-najboljsa-za-zdravje-v-predporodnem-obdobju-strong-strong-strong-01-492x1024.png\" alt=\"razli\u010dne oblike vitamina B9 - folat, folna kislina, 5-MTHF akitvirana folna kislina\r\naktivirana folna kislina\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kako 5-MTHF pomaga \u017eenskam (in mo\u0161kim) s polimorfizmom gena MTHFR<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Ljudje z genetsko variacijo MTHFR, \u0161e posebej z variantama C677T in A1298C, imajo te\u017eave pri metabolizmu folata in folne kisline.
