Ljudje \u017eelijo okrepiti svoj imunski sistem v upanju, da bi bili v boju z virusom dovolj mo\u010dni in zdravi. Ampak, ali lahko <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intelligentlabs.org\/probiotics-ultimate-supplement-guide\/\"><strong>probiotiki resni\u010dno pomagajo na\u0161emu imunskemu sistemu<\/strong><\/a>? Ugotovimo!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Probiotiki in imunski sistem<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Ko se posku\u0161amo za\u0161\u010dititi pred koronavirusom (ali katerimkoli drugim virusom), je poleg osebnih ukrepov, s katerimi zmanj\u0161amo izpostavljenost, prav tako pomembno okrepiti svojo odpornost. Tu lahko probiotiki pomagajo na ve\u010d na\u010dinov.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kaj pravzaprav so probiotiki?<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Vsi smo \u017ee sli\u0161ali za probiotike v hrani, in da izbolj\u0161ajo zdravje \u010drevesja, ampak za kaj pravzaprav gre?<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Probiotiki so \u017eivi mikroorganizmi, znani po svojih zdravstvenih koristih za gostitelja (to pomeni nas). Glede na \u0161tudijo iz leta 2011 vnos probiotikov zmanj\u0161uje tveganje za oku\u017ebe prehlada (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.intelligentlabs.org\/probiotics-and-the-immune-system\/#references\">3<\/a>).\u00a0 Natan\u010dneje, 12-tedensko u\u017eivanje probioti\u010dnih prehranskih dodatkov, zmanj\u0161a tveganje za pojav prehlada, \u0161tevilo simptomatskih dni, pogostost in resnost simptomov, in imunski odziv pri splo\u0161nem prehladu.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kako lahko probiotiki okrepijo na\u0161 imunski sistem? <\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Povezava med vnosom probiotikov in imunskim sistem je bila nedavno poudarjena v pregledu literature leta 2019. \u0160tudije je ugotovila, da probioti\u010dne bakterije izbolj\u0161ajo delovanje na\u0161ega imunskega sistema s pomo\u010djo <strong>aktivacije \u0161tevilnih imunskih mehanizmov, tako na \u010drevesju kot na oddaljenih mestih<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.intelligentlabs.org\/probiotics-and-the-immune-system\/#references\">4<\/a>).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Do podobnih zaklju\u010dkov so pri\u0161li tudi v drugem pregledu literature, ki je preu\u010deval vpliv probiotikov na uravnavanje imunskega zdravja pri ljudeh. Pregled je poudaril, da nas lahko uporaba probiotikov <strong>za\u0161\u010diti pred oku\u017ebo in spodbudi imunski odziv<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.intelligentlabs.org\/probiotics-and-the-immune-system\/#references\">5<\/a>).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Druga \u0161tudija je pokazala pomen probiotikov pri dostavi cepiva, ki lahko <strong>okrepijo u\u010dinke cepljenja<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.intelligentlabs.org\/probiotics-and-the-immune-system\/#references\">6<\/a>). \u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-74929\" src=\"https:\/\/eu.intelligentlabs.org\/sl-si\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/59\/2022\/02\/1-1024x512.jpeg\" alt=\"dekle dela od doma, probiotiki in imunski sistem\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Manj vadbe \u2013 manj sadja in zelenjave = ve\u010d stresa<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Posledice karantene so pove\u010danje stresa, pomanjkanje fizi\u010dne aktivnosti in zmanj\u0161anje u\u017eivanja sve\u017eega sadja in zelenjave. Glede na \u0161tudijo iz leta 2017 je u\u017eivanje probiotikov pove\u010dalo odziv imunskega sistema in za\u0161\u010dito pred oku\u017ebo. Predlagala je, da lahko uporaba probiotikov potencialno zmanj\u0161a \u0161kodo, povzro\u010deno med stresno situacijo, kot je ta, s katero se soo\u010damo zdaj (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.intelligentlabs.org\/probiotics-and-the-immune-system\/#references\">7<\/a>).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Celodnevno sedenje za ve\u010dino od nas ni ni\u010d neobi\u010dajnega. Premalo se gibamo in na\u0161a telesna aktivnost je omejena. Dokazano je, da zmerna telesna aktivnost in trening izbolj\u0161ata funkcijo imunskega sistema (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.intelligentlabs.org\/probiotics-and-the-immune-system\/#references\">8<\/a>). Poleg tega raziskave ka\u017eejo, da je akutna vadba dodatek imunskega sistema in vodi do izbolj\u0161ane obrambne aktivnosti. Poleg tega obstaja obratno sorazmerna povezava med vadbo in tveganjem za oku\u017ebo (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.intelligentlabs.org\/probiotics-and-the-immune-system\/#references\">9<\/a>).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Hkratno pove\u010danje vnosa sadja in zelenjave vodi do izbolj\u0161anja delovanja imunskega sistema (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.intelligentlabs.org\/probiotics-and-the-immune-system\/#references\">10<\/a>). Vendar pravila, ki jih je dolo\u010dila vlada, da bi ljudi prisilile ostajati doma, in strah pred izpostavljenostjo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/health-topics\/coronavirus\" rel=\"noopener\">koronavirusu<\/a>, zmanj\u0161ujejo mo\u017enosti za kakovostno hrano ter mo\u017enosti za redno kupovanje sve\u017eega sadja in zelenjave.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Poleg tega so \u0161tudije, ki so preu\u010devale povezavo med vnosom sadja in zelenjave pri bolnikih z astmo, pokazale za\u0161\u010ditni u\u010dinek proti sistemskemu vnetju ali vnetju dihalnih poti (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.intelligentlabs.org\/probiotics-and-the-immune-system\/#references\">11<\/a>).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-74931\" src=\"https:\/\/eu.intelligentlabs.org\/sl-si\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/59\/2022\/02\/2-1024x616.jpeg\" alt=\"vnos prehranskih vlaknin iz ovsenih kosmi\u010dev lahko prepre\u010di zaprtje, probiotiki in imunski sistem\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Probiotiki in njihov u\u010dinek na zdravljenje zaprtja <\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Raziskave ka\u017eejo, da lahko vnos prehranskih vlaknin o\u010ditno pove\u010da pogostost odvajanja pri bolnikih z zaprtjem (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.intelligentlabs.org\/probiotics-and-the-immune-system\/#references\">12<\/a>). Telesna aktivnost in vadba nam lahko pomagata pri normalni motiliteti \u010drevesja. Poleg tega je \u017ee dolgo znano, da psiholo\u0161ki stres, ki ga ve\u010dina ljudi do\u017eivlja med pandemijo, tako klini\u010dno kot eksperimentalno povzro\u010da disfunkcijo \u010drevesja (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.intelligentlabs.org\/probiotics-and-the-immune-system\/#references\">13<\/a>).\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Dodatno je zaprtje bistveno bolj pogosto pri otrocih, ki so izpostavljeni stresnim \u017eivljenjskim dogodkom (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.intelligentlabs.org\/probiotics-and-the-immune-system\/#references\">14<\/a>). Vsi ti dejavniki dokazujejo, da lahko karantena pomembno vpliva na normalno delovanje na\u0161ega \u010drevesja in povzro\u010di zaprtje.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Probiotiki lahko izbolj\u0161ajo \u010das prehoda celotnega prebavnega trakta in konsistenci blata, pri \u010demer analiza podskupin ka\u017ee na koristne u\u010dinke zlasti pri <em>B.lactis<\/em> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.intelligentlabs.org\/probiotics-and-the-immune-system\/#references\">15<\/a>).
