Slike mo\u017eganov so pokazale zmanj\u0161anje nabiranja amiloidov in tau proteinov (ki \u0161kodijo mo\u017eganom in povzro\u010dajo kognitivno slab\u0161anje) v delih mo\u017eganov, ki nadzorujejo razpolo\u017eenje in spomin (7). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Starej\u0161a \u0161tudija objavljena leta 2017 je prav tako dosegla podobne rezultate. Pacienti so jemali najmanj 250mg kurkumina \u0161tiri mesece in do\u017eiveli <strong>manj depresivnih in anksioznih epizod<\/strong> (8). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4)&nbsp;&nbsp; Kurkumin fitosom spodbuja zdravo mo\u017egansko funkcijo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Demenca se redko prika\u017ee pri mladih ljudeh, a se zgodi tudi to. Med starej\u0161imi ljudmi je pa demenca veliko bolj pogosta, Alzheimerjeva je pa najbolj pogosta oblika od vseh. Kroni\u010dno vnetje naj bi bilo tudi eden od vzrokov Alzheimerjeve bolezni (4). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kot naravno protivnetno sredstvo kurkumin pomaga tudi pacientom z demenco in kognitivnim slab\u0161anjem<\/strong>. To so odkrili med Japonsko \u0161tudijo, ki je sledila trem starej\u0161im pacientom z Alzheimerjevo boleznijo. Vsi trije so trpeli s hudimi vedenjskimi in psiholo\u0161kimi simptomi, kot je iritabilnost, apatija, tesnoba in nemir. Dva sta bila urinarno inkontinentna (9). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pacienti so jemali 764mg kurkume v prahu dnevno (ali 100mg kurkumina) skozi tri mesece. Na koncu \u0161tudije so ugotovili <strong>bistveno zmanj\u0161anje njihovih vedenjskih in priholo\u0161kih simptomov<\/strong>. Pri&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/news-room\/fact-sheets\/detail\/the-top-10-causes-of-death#:~:text=Ischaemic%20heart%20disease%20and%20stroke,in%20the%20last%2015%20years.\" rel=\"noopener\">World Health Organization<\/a> pravijo, da milijon ljudi na leto umre prav od teh bolezni. Da ne bo pomote, kurkumin ni nekak\u0161ena magi\u010dna fitokemi\u010dna snov, ki lahko odpravi vse va\u0161e zdravstvene te\u017eave v trenutku. Ampak, <strong>kurkuminovi blagodejni u\u010dinki na srce in o\u017eilje<\/strong> so znanstveno utemeljeni. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Torej, eden od glavnih vzrokov sr\u010dno-\u017eilnih bolezni je ateroskleroza, ko se vam \u017eile zama\u0161ijo z mastjo in holesterolom. Zaradi tega se arterije zo\u017eijo in zgubijo pro\u017enost, kar omejuje dotok krvi h srcu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leta 2020 so med sistemati\u010dnim pregledom desetih \u0161tudij ugotovili, da kukumin fitosom lahko bistveno zmanj\u0161a slede\u010de (10):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Velikost ateroskleroti\u010dne lezije v aorti<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Profil lipidov v serumu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indikatorji vnetja v plazmi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Z ni\u017eanjem teh ateroskleroti\u010dnih indikatorjev, je tudi sr\u010dno-\u017eilno tveganje zmanj\u0161ano<\/strong>. Odmerek kurkumina se je razlikoval med \u0161tudijami, ampak odmerek do 347mg na kilogram je bil priznan, kot varen in ne toksi\u010den (10). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poleg tega, so na Tajskem med \u0161tudijo pacienti s koronarnim arterijskim obvodom, ki so jemali 4g kurkumia dnevno dosegli<strong> veliko ni\u017eje tveganje za sr\u010dni udar<\/strong>, kot placebo skupina, ki kurkumina ni jemala. <strong>Vrednosti indikatorjev za vnetje so prav tako imeli veliko ni\u017eje<\/strong>, kot placebo skupina (11). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6)&nbsp;&nbsp; Pomaga prepre\u010diti in zmanj\u0161ati simptome diabetesa mellitusa tipa 2 <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Prehranjevanje z visoko-kalori\u010dno, procesirano hrano polno nezdrave ma\u0161\u010dobe in sladkorja lahko pripelje do prekomerne telesne te\u017ee, kar posledi\u010dno zvi\u0161a tveganje za diabetes tipa 2. \u010ce se soo\u010date s to te\u017eavo vas bo verjetno veselilo, da je \u0161tudija izvedena na pred-diabete\u010dnih pacientih pokazala, da<strong> kurkumin fitosom lahko odlo\u017ei nastop diabetesa tipa 2<\/strong> (5). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Torej, 240 pacientov je jemalo kurkumin ali placebo devet mesecev. <strong>Niti eden pacient v skupini, ki je jemala kurkumin, ni dobila diagnoze diabetesa!<\/strong> Na \u017ealost je pa z diabetesom zbolelo kar 16% placebo skupine.
