Toto je prirodzen\u00e1 s\u00fa\u010das\u0165 starnutia a je zn\u00e1ma ako kognit\u00edvny \u00fapadok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160\u0165astn\u00fd, zdrav\u00fd mozog, ktor\u00fd funguje presne tak, ako m\u00e1, m\u00e1 mozgov\u00e9 bunky, ktor\u00e9 sa dok\u00e1\u017eu navz\u00e1jom efekt\u00edvne prepoji\u0165 alebo \u201ekomunikova\u0165\u201c. Ak v\u0161ak dovol\u00edme, aby degener\u00e1cia pokra\u010dovala, s najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ou pravdepodobnos\u0165ou sa dostaneme do \u010fal\u0161ieho \u0161t\u00e1dia kognit\u00edvneho \u00fapadku a to je zn\u00e1me ako kognit\u00edvne po\u0161kodenie. Je to trochu v\u00e1\u017enej\u0161ia situ\u00e1cia a znamen\u00e1, \u017ee \u013eudia \u017eij\u00fa hlboko pod svojim aktu\u00e1lnym potenci\u00e1lom, ale e\u0161te st\u00e1le m\u00f4\u017eu \u017ei\u0165 relat\u00edvne norm\u00e1lne a nez\u00e1visle od ostatn\u00fdch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ke\u010f v\u0161ak toto po\u0161kodenie dostane za ur\u010dit\u00fd kritick\u00fd bod, dostaneme sa do \u0161t\u00e1dia demencie, kedy sa pre n\u00e1s u\u017e aj dokon\u010denie jednoduch\u00fdch ka\u017edodenn\u00fdch \u00faloh st\u00e1va probl\u00e9mom. Pr\u00ed\u010dinou je abnorm\u00e1lne nahromadenie deformovan\u00fdch prote\u00ednov, \u010do vedie k progres\u00edvnemu kognit\u00edvnemu \u00fapadku a\u017e do dosiahnutia fin\u00e1lneho stavu &#8211;\u00a0demencie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u010co s\u00fa to bunkov\u00e9 membr\u00e1ny?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u0161e bunkov\u00e9 membr\u00e1ny sa skladaj\u00fa z 2 vrstiev lipidov, zn\u00e1mych ako lipidov\u00e1 dvojvrstva (bi-vrstva) a ako na\u0161e bunky starn\u00fa, zmen\u0161uj\u00fa sa a zlo\u017eenie lipidovej dvojvrstvy sa men\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za norm\u00e1lnych okolnost\u00ed by bunky mali by\u0165 naplnen\u00e9, fluidn\u00e9, tv\u00e1rne a flexibiln\u00e9, \u010do im umo\u017e\u0148uje efekt\u00edvne prij\u00edma\u0165 sign\u00e1l synapsie z in\u00fdch buniek. Na druhej strane skupina, u\u017e\u00edvaj\u00faca placebo, nez\u00edskala \u017eiadny benefit (14).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160t\u00fadia \u010d.4 \u2013 dvojit\u00e1 zaslepen\u00e1 \u0161t\u00fadia, zameran\u00e1 na z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fd kognit\u00edvny \u00fapadok<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010eal\u0161ie 2 dvojito zaslepen\u00e9 \u0161t\u00fadie sa zamerali na \u013eud\u00ed s \u0165a\u017e\u0161ou kognit\u00edvnou poruchou (14) a miernou degenerat\u00edvnou demenciou (15). V\u00fdskumn\u00edci zistili, \u017ee sa im v\u00fdrazne zlep\u0161ila verb\u00e1lna pam\u00e4\u0165 a celkov\u00e9 kognit\u00edvne fungovanie.
