Dobrou spr\u00e1vou je, \u017ee \u010fal\u0161ie 3 \u0161t\u00fadie o \u010dokol\u00e1de konkr\u00e9tne preuk\u00e1zali, \u017ee dok\u00e1\u017ee zabr\u00e1ni\u0165 oxid\u00e1cii LDL cholesterolu (6,7,8).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010eal\u0161ia \u0161t\u00fadia, realizovan\u00e1 na Penn State University uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee tmav\u00e1 \u010dokol\u00e1da zn\u00ed\u017eila LDL vo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ej miere v porovnan\u00ed s di\u00e9tou s n\u00edzkym obsahom bioflavonoidov (9).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Srdcov\u00e9 choroby<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Toto zn\u00ed\u017eenie oxid\u00e1cie zl\u00e9ho cholesterolu sa prenieslo do pozorovac\u00edch \u0161t\u00fadi\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 sa zaoberali rizikom srdcov\u00fdch chor\u00f4b a konzum\u00e1ciou \u010dokol\u00e1dy. Jedna \u0161t\u00fadia, trvaj\u00faca viac ako 15 rokov zistila, \u017ee riziko srdcov\u00fdch chor\u00f4b sa zn\u00ed\u017eilo o 50% u t\u00fdch, ktor\u00ed jedli najviac \u010dokol\u00e1dy, v porovnan\u00ed s t\u00fdmi, ktor\u00ed jej jedli najmenej (10).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010eal\u0161ia \u0161t\u00fadia zistila, \u017ee \u010d\u00edm viac \u010dokol\u00e1dy \u010dlovek zjedol, t\u00fdm menej plaku sa mu na\u0161lo v tepn\u00e1ch (11). V prvej testovali zdrav\u00fdch mlad\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed pomocou nieko\u013ek\u00fdch hlavolamov a potom im pod\u00e1vali kakaov\u00e9 bioflavonoidy po dobu 5 dn\u00ed. Vedci zistili, \u017ee v hlavolamoch dosahovali lep\u0161ie v\u00fdsledky po u\u017eit\u00ed kakaov\u00fdch bioflavonoidov (12). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010eal\u0161ia \u0161t\u00fadia sa zamerala na \u00faplne in\u00fa skupinu \u013eud\u00ed testovan\u00edm star\u0161\u00edch os\u00f4b s miernym kognit\u00edvnym po\u0161koden\u00edm. Kognit\u00edvne po\u0161kodenie znamen\u00e1 vekom podmienen\u00fd pokles mozgov\u00fdch funkci\u00ed, ako je pam\u00e4\u0165, ktor\u00fd s prib\u00fadaj\u00facimi rokmi za\u017e\u00edva to\u013eko z n\u00e1s. Zistili, \u017ee \u010d\u00edm viac kakaov\u00fdch bioflavonoidov subjekty konzumovalii, t\u00fdm lep\u0161ie si po\u010d\u00ednali pri sete testov, ur\u010den\u00fdch na testovanie \u00farovn\u00ed pam\u00e4te, koncentr\u00e1cie, porozumenia prostrediu a komunika\u010dn\u00fdch schopnost\u00ed (13).
