Av\u0161ak so z\u00e1zra\u010dn\u00fdm \u00fa\u010dinkom inositolu &#8211; normalizuj\u00facim hladinu testoster\u00f3nu v organizme (pozri bod \u010d. 9), z\u00edskate navy\u0161e aj kr\u00e1snu poko\u017eku bez akn\u00e9!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toto tvrdenie je podporen\u00e9 klinickou \u0161t\u00fadiou, kde 50 \u017eien so stredne \u0165a\u017ek\u00fdm stavom akn\u00e9 u\u017e\u00edvalo 4 g inositolu denne. Po 6 mesiacoch pacientky vykazovali ni\u017e\u0161ie hladiny DHEAS v krvi (DHEAS je horm\u00f3n, vytv\u00e1raj\u00faci testoster\u00f3n). Pacientky tie\u017e vykazovali zlep\u0161enie celkov\u00e9ho stavu poko\u017eky. Vedci dospeli k z\u00e1veru, \u017ee inositol sa m\u00f4\u017ee pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 na lie\u010dbu akn\u00e9, najm\u00e4 u t\u00fdch \u017eien, ktor\u00e9 nem\u00f4\u017eu dost\u00e1va\u0165 lie\u010dbu estrog\u00e9n-progest\u00ednom (11).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>11)\u00a0 Inositol pom\u00f4\u017ee u\u013eavi\u0165 pri depresi\u00e1ch\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00edti\u0165 sa pod psa ka\u017ed\u00fa chv\u00ed\u013eu je norm\u00e1lne. Ale ke\u010f m\u00e1te pocit, \u017ee sa r\u00fatite po \u0161pir\u00e1le dole bez vidite\u013enej n\u00e1deje na konci tunela alebo sa top\u00edte vo svojom tr\u00e1pen\u00ed, ste pravdepodobne v depresii. Pod\u013ea <a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/news-room\/fact-sheets\/detail\/depression\" rel=\"noopener\">Svetovej zdravotn\u00edckej organiz\u00e1cie<\/a> trp\u00ed na celom svete depresiou viac ako 264 mili\u00f3nov \u013eud\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lie\u010dba depresie zvy\u010dajne zah\u0155\u0148a terapiu a lieky. M\u00f4\u017ee v\u0161ak pom\u00f4c\u0165 aj inositol. \u0160t\u00fadia sledovala 28 pacientov, ktor\u00ed dost\u00e1vali 12 g inositolu denne po\u010das 4 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov. Na konci \u0161t\u00fadie do\u0161lo u pacientov k v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm ment\u00e1lnym zmen\u00e1m. \u010ealej neboli pozorovan\u00e9 ani \u017eiadne zmeny vo funkcii krvi, obli\u010diek a pe\u010dene, \u010do je dobr\u00e9 znamenie (12).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>12)\u00a0 M\u00f4\u017ee u\u013eavi\u0165 pri pocitoch \u00fazkosti a panick\u00fdch z\u00e1chvatoch<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Panick\u00e1 porucha je \u0165a\u017ek\u00e1 forma \u00fazkosti. Ak trp\u00edte t\u00fdmto ochromuj\u00facim stavom vy alebo niekto, koho pozn\u00e1te, vysk\u00fa\u0161ajte u\u017e\u00edva\u0165 inositol. Dvojit\u00e1 slep\u00e1 \u0161t\u00fadia uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee pacienti, ktor\u00ed u\u017e\u00edvali 18 g inositolu po dobu 1 mesiaca, vykazovali menej z\u00e1chvatov paniky t\u00fd\u017edenne ako pacienti u\u017e\u00edvaj\u00faci fluvoxam\u00edn (antidepres\u00edvum). V skupine s inositolom sa tie\u017e vyskytlo menej epiz\u00f3d nevo\u013enosti a \u00fanavy, \u010do s\u00fa dva be\u017en\u00e9 ved\u013eaj\u0161ie \u00fa\u010dinky fluvoxam\u00ednu (13).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podobn\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky uviedla in\u00e1 \u0161t\u00fadia, kde pacientom bolo pod\u00e1van\u00fdch 12 g inositolu denne. Aj t\u00edto za\u017eili menej epiz\u00f3d paniky s minim\u00e1lnymi ved\u013eaj\u0161\u00edmi \u00fa\u010dinkami (12).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>13)\u00a0 Myo-inositol je s\u013eubnou lie\u010dbou pre \u013eud\u00ed s bipol\u00e1rnou poruchou<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nieko\u013eko \u0161t\u00fadi\u00ed s inositolom v hlavnej \u00falohe ukazuje s\u013eubn\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky pre bipol\u00e1rnu poruchu (BPD). Klinick\u00e9 testy, vykonan\u00e9 na de\u0165och vo veku 5 &#8211; 12 rokov s diagnostikovanou BPD, im pod\u00e1vali bu\u010f (a) inositol, (b) omega 3 alebo (c) inositol + omega 3. Skupina, ktorej sa pod\u00e1val inositol + omega 3, preuk\u00e1zala v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 zlep\u0161enie pr\u00edznakov BPD (14).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako morb\u00eddna pozn\u00e1mka, posmrtn\u00e1 \u0161t\u00fadia zistila, \u017ee \u013eudia, ktor\u00ed mali BPD, a t\u00ed, ktor\u00ed sp\u00e1chali samovra\u017edu, mali jednu spolo\u010dn\u00fa vec &#8211; vo svojej front\u00e1lnej mozgovej k\u00f4re vykazovali podstatne men\u0161ie mno\u017estvo inositolu (15). T\u00e1to \u010das\u0165 mozgu je zodpovedn\u00e1 za d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 kognit\u00edvne schopnosti, ako je kontrola impulzov, \u00fasudok, rie\u0161enie probl\u00e9mov, pam\u00e4\u0165 a re\u010d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>14)\u00a0 M\u00f4\u017ee zlep\u0161i\u0165 psori\u00e1zu sp\u00f4soben\u00fa l\u00edtiom<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00edtium je antimanick\u00e9 lie\u010divo, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017ee pom\u00f4c\u0165 predch\u00e1dza\u0165 manick\u00fdm epiz\u00f3dam u \u013eud\u00ed trpiacich bipol\u00e1rnou poruchou. Jedn\u00fdm z jeho v\u00fdznamn\u00fdch ved\u013eaj\u0161\u00edch \u00fa\u010dinkov je v\u0161ak psori\u00e1za.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V \u0161t\u00fadii, publikovanej v \u010dasopise Cases Journal, sa u pacientky, lie\u010denej l\u00edtiom na lie\u010dbu BPD, vyskytla \u0165a\u017ek\u00e1 psori\u00e1za. U\u017e\u00edvanie l\u00edtia bolo preru\u0161en\u00e9 a nahraden\u00e9 3 g inositolu denne. O 4 roky nesk\u00f4r je pacientka st\u00e1le na inositole &#8211; a jej BPD aj psori\u00e1za s\u00fa pod kontrolou (16).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>15)\u00a0 Zabra\u0148uje vzniku tehotenskej cukrovky<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tehotenstvo je pomerne n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1 z\u00e1le\u017eitos\u0165. Ak je \u017eene diagnostikovan\u00fd gesta\u010dn\u00fd diabetes mellitus (GDM), m\u00f4\u017ee to tehotenstvo e\u0161te viac skomplikova\u0165. Ohrozuje matku aj die\u0165a. V\u010faka svojim pozit\u00edvnym \u00fa\u010dinkom na citlivos\u0165 na inzul\u00edn je inositol uzn\u00e1van\u00fd aj ako mo\u017enos\u0165 lie\u010dby pri GDM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160t\u00fadia zverejnen\u00e1 v \u010dasopise Cureus z roku 2019 potvrdzuje, \u017ee inositol je bezpe\u010dn\u00fd v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fd doplnok. Pred\u010dasne naroden\u00e9 deti, ktor\u00fdm bol pod\u00e1van\u00fd inositol, vy\u017eadovali menej mechanickej ventil\u00e1cie a t\u00e1to skupina takisto vykazovala men\u0161\u00ed po\u010det \u00famrt\u00ed (v porovnan\u00ed s de\u0165mi, ktor\u00e9 inositol nedost\u00e1vali) (19).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nov\u0161ia recenzia v\u0161ak odpor\u00fa\u010da nepou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 inositol u pred\u010dasne naroden\u00fdch det\u00ed. Vedci zjavne nezaznamenali \u017eiadne v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 zn\u00ed\u017eenie suplement\u00e1cie inositolu v porovnan\u00ed s diagn\u00f3zami typu \u00famrtie doj\u010diat, infekcie, krv\u00e1canie do mozgu, probl\u00e9mov s o\u010dami, p\u013e\u00facami a gastrointestin\u00e1lnych probl\u00e9mov (20).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>17)\u00a0 Napom\u00e1ha \u017een\u00e1m vyrovna\u0165 sa s n\u00e1sledkami menopauzy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160t\u00fadie nazna\u010duj\u00fa, \u017ee u \u017eien existuje riziko vzniku metabolick\u00e9ho syndr\u00f3mu po prechode do postmenopauz\u00e1lnej f\u00e1zy \u017eivota. Jedna \u0161t\u00fadia ukazuje, \u017ee u 13,7% \u017eien v menopauze, ktor\u00e9 pred menopauzou nemali cukrovku alebo metabolick\u00fd syndr\u00f3m, sa vyvinul pr\u00e1ve spom\u00ednan\u00fd metabolick\u00fd syndr\u00f3m. Ten sp\u00f4sobuje, \u017ee \u017eeny s\u00fa po\u010das menopauzy vystaven\u00e9 riziku vzniku kardiovaskul\u00e1rnych chor\u00f4b (21).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nerobte si v\u0161ak zbyto\u010dn\u00e9 starosti, ak patr\u00edte k tejto demografickej skupine, preto\u017ee inositol preuk\u00e1zal ve\u013ea n\u00e1dejn\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dinkov pri lie\u010dbe metabolick\u00e9ho syndr\u00f3mu u \u017eien po menopauze! \u0160t\u00fadia publikovan\u00e1 v \u010dasopise Menopause journal uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee u\u017e\u00edvanie 2 g myo inositolu plus zdrav\u00e9 stravovanie malo za n\u00e1sledok zlep\u0161enie zdravia. V tej istej \u0161t\u00fadii uvedenej sk\u00f4r (17) boli pacientk\u00e1m pod\u00e1van\u00e9 a\u017e 4 g myoinositolu + 400 \u03bcg kyseliny listovej denne, pri\u010dom neboli hl\u00e1sen\u00e9 \u017eiadne z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9 ved\u013eaj\u0161ie \u00fa\u010dinky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>21)\u00a0 Doj\u010diace \u017eeny sa takisto nemusia b\u00e1\u0165 u\u017e\u00edva\u0165 doplnky s obsahom inositolu\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Inositol sa prirodzene vyskytuje v materskom mlieku. V skuto\u010dnosti mu patr\u00ed tretia poz\u00edcia z h\u013eadiska koncentr\u00e1cie, po lakt\u00f3ze a gluk\u00f3ze. Suplement\u00e1cia inositolom po\u010das doj\u010denia je v\u0161eobecne pova\u017eovan\u00e1 za bezpe\u010dn\u00fa (24). Napriek tomu v\u00e1m odpor\u00fa\u010dame, aby ste pri u\u017e\u00edvan\u00ed boli opatrn\u00e9.
