Okrem kurkum\u00ednu obsahuj\u00fa kurkuminoidy demetoxykurkum\u00edn a bisdemetoxykurkum\u00edn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Riz\u00f3m kurkumy m\u00e1 pribli\u017ene <strong>2,5 a\u017e 6% obsahu kurkuminoidu<\/strong>, z \u010doho 77% tvor\u00ed kurkum\u00edn, 17% demetoxykurkum\u00edn a 3% bisdemetoxykurkum\u00edn (2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kurkuma m\u00e1 viac ako 100 zlo\u017eiek (1), ale viete, ak\u00e1 je akt\u00edvna zlo\u017eka, ktor\u00e1 jej vlastne d\u00e1va t\u00fa pekn\u00fa zlato\u017elt\u00fa farbu a jedine\u010dn\u00e9 lie\u010div\u00e9 vlastnosti?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ak ste tipovali kurkum\u00edn, m\u00e1te pravdu!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pod\u013ea \u0161t\u00fadie publikovanej v \u010dasopise Nutrition and Cancer Journal <strong>tvor\u00ed kurkum\u00edn v priemere iba 3,14% \u010distej hmotnosti pr\u00e1\u0161kovej kurkumy<\/strong>.
