En fin de compte, la dose id\u00e9ale d\u00e9pend de facteurs de sant\u00e9 personnels. Il s\u2019agit notamment du saumon, du maquereau, du thon, des sardines, du hareng, de l\u2019anchois, de l\u2019huile de foie de morue et des hu\u00eetres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si le poisson n&#8217;est pas votre tasse de th\u00e9, les compl\u00e9ments alimentaires \u00e0 base d&#8217;huile de poisson sont une excellente alternative ! Mais attention : <strong>tous les&nbsp;suppl\u00e9ments&nbsp;d\u2019huile de poisson ne se valent pas <\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certains suppl\u00e9ments contiennent tr\u00e8s peu de DHA et d\u2019EPA. D\u2019autres se procurent leurs om\u00e9ga-3 \u00e0 partir d\u2019<strong>ester \u00e9thylique<\/strong> qui est semi-artificiellement cr\u00e9\u00e9 dans un laboratoire.
