sur les animaux, les chercheurs ont poursuivi pour voir si les r\u00e9sultats de perte de poids d\u2019huile de poisson pourraient \u00eatre reproduits chez les humains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00e9tudes se sont pench\u00e9es sur l\u2019effet de l\u2019ajout d\u2019huile de poisson dans diff\u00e9rents sc\u00e9narios, notamment :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ne pas changer le mode de vie des participants d\u2019une autre fa\u00e7on que par l\u2019ajout de suppl\u00e9ments d\u2019huile de poisson<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ajouter de l\u2019huile de poisson et un programme d\u2019exercices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ajouter de l\u2019huile de poisson et r\u00e9duire l\u2019apport calorique<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>et ajouter de l\u2019huile de poisson avec un programme d\u2019exercice et une r\u00e9duction des calories.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Plusieurs \u00e9tudes ont montr\u00e9 que la suppl\u00e9mentation en huile de poisson seule avec aucun autre changement dans le r\u00e9gime, le style de vie ou l\u2019exercice augmente la combustion des graisses et diminue le pourcentage de graisse corporelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1ere-etude-sur-l-huile-de-poisson-et-la-perte-de-poids-jeunes-hommes\"><strong>1\u00e8re \u00e9tude sur l\u2019huile de poisson et la perte de poids \u2013 jeunes hommes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tude portait sur les jeunes hommes en bonne sant\u00e9 qui recevaient 6 grammes d\u2019huile de poisson par jour (bien qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de 6 grammes d\u2019huile de poisson, ils ne contenaient en fait que 1100 mg d\u2019EPA et 700 mg de DHA)<sup data-fn=\"af5e4cc5-e5ad-44c4-ad02-b970471fdfac\" class=\"fn\"><a href=\"#af5e4cc5-e5ad-44c4-ad02-b970471fdfac\" id=\"af5e4cc5-e5ad-44c4-ad02-b970471fdfac-link\">13<\/a><\/sup>. Un autre article bas\u00e9 sur la m\u00eame \u00e9tude a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que la suppl\u00e9mentation en huile de poisson a \u00e9galement r\u00e9duit les niveaux d\u2019insuline et a augment\u00e9 la combustion de graisse apr\u00e8s avoir mang\u00e9 des repas riches en glucides<sup data-fn=\"c242a946-8a5d-4dba-a1db-0be2af6bbc7b\" class=\"fn\"><a href=\"#c242a946-8a5d-4dba-a1db-0be2af6bbc7b\" id=\"c242a946-8a5d-4dba-a1db-0be2af6bbc7b-link\">14<\/a><\/sup>.<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/fr.intelligentlabs.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2020\/02\/prendre-de-l-huile-de-poisson-pour-la-perte-de-graisse-04.jpg\"><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2e-etude-sur-l-huile-de-poisson-et-la-perte-de-poids-femmes-atteintes-de-diabete-de-type-2\"><strong>2e \u00e9tude sur l\u2019huile de poisson et la perte de poids \u2013 femmes atteintes de diab\u00e8te de type 2<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tude portait sur des femmes atteintes de diab\u00e8te de type 2, les sujets prenant 3 grammes d\u2019huile de poisson par jour (1080 mg d\u2019EPA et 720 mg de DHA) pendant 2 mois. Ils ont \u00e9galement constat\u00e9 une augmentation de la combustion des graisses, les femmes ayant perdu en moyenne 1,6 kg au cours de la p\u00e9riode de deux mois. Les chercheurs ont \u00e9galement constat\u00e9 une r\u00e9duction des triglyc\u00e9rides et une augmentation du HDL (aussi appel\u00e9 \u00ab bon cholest\u00e9rol \u00bb)<sup data-fn=\"1eb8d1bb-02f7-4c2f-8ee3-58ba37f42ddd\" class=\"fn\"><a href=\"#1eb8d1bb-02f7-4c2f-8ee3-58ba37f42ddd\" id=\"1eb8d1bb-02f7-4c2f-8ee3-58ba37f42ddd-link\">15<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3e-etude-sur-l-huile-de-poisson-et-la-perte-de-poids-l-effet-des-omega-3-sur-la-masse-musculaire\"><strong>3e \u00e9tude sur l\u2019huile de poisson et la perte de poids \u2013 l\u2019effet des om\u00e9ga-3 sur la masse musculaire<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Une troisi\u00e8me \u00e9tude s\u2019est pench\u00e9e sur l\u2019effet de l\u2019huile de poisson om\u00e9ga-3 sur la masse musculaire maigre (perte ou gain musculaire), elle a permis de constater que lorsque les participants ne changeaient pas leur r\u00e9gime alimentaire ou leur mode de vie d\u2019aucune autre fa\u00e7on, l\u2019ajout d\u2019huile de poisson pendant une p\u00e9riode de six semaines avait entra\u00een\u00e9 une r\u00e9duction de 0,5 kg de la graisse corporelle, et une augmentation de 0,5 kg de la masse musculaire sans changement global du poids corporel<sup data-fn=\"8f9eceb0-dcb2-4b0c-931a-e1c4fd8012c0\" class=\"fn\"><a href=\"#8f9eceb0-dcb2-4b0c-931a-e1c4fd8012c0\" id=\"8f9eceb0-dcb2-4b0c-931a-e1c4fd8012c0-link\">16<\/a><\/sup>. Perte de graisse et gain musculaire, on ne peut pas trouver beaucoup mieux ou plus sain que cela !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/eu.intelligentlabs.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/photo-of-omega-3-sources-2-1024x512.jpg\" alt=\"omega-3 sources\" class=\"wp-image-79631\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-huile-de-poisson-exercice-et-regime-alimentaire-traditionnel\"><strong>Huile de poisson, exercice et r\u00e9gime alimentaire traditionnel<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, bien que ces 3 \u00e9tudes aient montr\u00e9 que l\u2019huile de poisson \u00e0 elle seule peut causer la perte de graisse, nous recommandons toujours que les suppl\u00e9ments devraient faire partie d\u2019une solution globale pour am\u00e9liorer la sant\u00e9, comprenant le mode de vie et des changements alimentaires, ce qui m\u00e8nera toujours aux meilleurs r\u00e9sultats possibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par exemple, une \u00e9tude a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 qu\u2019une suppl\u00e9mentation en huile de poisson apportant 2 400 mg d\u2019EPA et 1 600 mg de DHA pendant 3 semaines, augmentait significativement la capacit\u00e9 du corps \u00e0 utiliser et br\u00fbler la graisse pour l\u2019\u00e9nergie lorsqu\u2019il fonctionne \u00e0 60% de VO2 max. Cela signifie que la suppl\u00e9mentation d\u2019huile de poisson om\u00e9ga-3 peut rendre les gens plus efficaces dans la combustion de graisse quand ils font de l\u2019exercice<sup data-fn=\"f36345f1-8520-4142-87e8-e526eb31500a\" class=\"fn\"><a href=\"#f36345f1-8520-4142-87e8-e526eb31500a\" id=\"f36345f1-8520-4142-87e8-e526eb31500a-link\">17<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/eu.intelligentlabs.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/omega3-fr-front.jpg\" alt=\"ultra pure omega-3\" class=\"56696\" style=\"width:350px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Une autre \u00e9tude sur les hommes et les femmes ob\u00e8ses qui se sont suppl\u00e9ment\u00e9s avec 6 g d\u2019huile de poisson par jour, (360 mg EPA et 1,560 mg DHA), pendant 12 semaines avec de l\u2019exercice l\u00e9ger, (75 % de la fr\u00e9quence cardiaque maximale de l\u2019exercice a\u00e9robie) , a constat\u00e9 que l\u2019huile de poisson et l\u2019exercice entra\u00eenaient une perte importante de graisse corporelle (4,4 lb, 2 kg), ainsi que des am\u00e9liorations dans les facteurs de risque de maladies cardiaques, une r\u00e9duction des triglyc\u00e9rides, et une augmentation de HDL par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019exercice seul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une autre \u00e9tude portant sur 324 hommes et femmes \u00e2g\u00e9s de 20 \u00e0 40 ans a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que lorsqu\u2019ils r\u00e9duisaient leur apport calorique de 30 %, en moyenne 600 calories par jour, ceux qui s\u2019\u00e9taient suppl\u00e9ment\u00e9 avec de l\u2019huile de poisson avaient perdu en moyenne 1kg (2.2lbs) de plus sur une p\u00e9riode de 4 semaines que ceux qui avaient juste r\u00e9duit les calories<sup data-fn=\"fa831e0f-52c3-4907-85f0-d1ba1645621e\" class=\"fn\"><a href=\"#fa831e0f-52c3-4907-85f0-d1ba1645621e\" id=\"fa831e0f-52c3-4907-85f0-d1ba1645621e-link\">18<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e sur des femmes gravement ob\u00e8ses a \u00e9galement r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que l\u2019exercice et l\u2019huile de poisson avaient entra\u00een\u00e9 une perte de poids de 1,5 kg (3,3 lb) de plus chez les personnes qui prenaient de l\u2019huile de poisson. Les chercheurs ont \u00e9galement d\u00e9couvert des niveaux plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s de b\u00eata-hydroxybutyrate dans le sang dans le groupe ayant pris de l\u2019huile de poisson.
