Uurime sellest artiklist!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Foolhape on folaadi s\u00fcnteetiline versioon ja B9-vitamiini loomulik vorm. S\u00fcnteetika all peame silmas seda, et see on inimese loodud. See aitab kaasa (1):<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>DNA ja RNA s\u00fcnteesile<\/li>\r\n<li>normaalsele vereloomele<\/li>\r\n<li>aminohapete s\u00fcnteesile<\/li>\r\n<li>energia tootmisele<\/li>\r\n<li>homots\u00fcsteiini metabolismile<\/li>\r\n<li>immuunfunktsioonile<\/li>\r\n<li>neurotransmitterite tootmisele<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Foolhape meestele &#8211; kas see m\u00f5jutab naise rasedust?<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Kahtlemata on foolhape oluline k\u00f5ikidele fertiilses eas naistele. Kuid tegelikult kehtib sama asi ka meeste kohta! Tervislikuks raseduseks on vajalik terve sperma DNA. Sperma DNA kahjustust seostatakse raseduse katkemise ja v\u00e4\u00e4rarengute riskiga (2).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>On t\u00f5endeid selle kohta, et madala folaadi sisaldusega mehed v\u00f5ivad rasestumise ajal suureneda ebatervisliku raseduse ohtu. Siin on m\u00f5ned p\u00f5nevad leiud hiirtel tehtud uuringust (3):<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Hiirtel, kellele anti madala folaadisisaldusega toite (MF), esines spermatosoidides DNA kahjustus. Selle kemikaali k\u00f5rge sisaldus veres v\u00f5ib suurendada s\u00fcdame-veresoonkonna haiguste, insuldi, Alzheimeri t\u00f5ve, dementsuse, v\u00e4hi, Parkinsoni t\u00f5ve, osteoporoosi ja ateroskleroosi riski. \u00d5nneks v\u00f5ib B9-vitamiini rikas dieet aidata homots\u00fcsteiini taset kontrolli all hoida (4).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Folaat v\u00f5ib aidata v\u00e4ltida insulti ja s\u00fcdamehaigusi<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Nagu eespool mainitud, v\u00f5ib k\u00f5rge homots\u00fcsteiini tase suurendada s\u00fcdame-veresoonkonna v\u00f5i s\u00fcdamehaiguste riski. Kahjuks on s\u00fcdamehaigused USA-s meeste surma peamine p\u00f5hjus \u2013 1 neljast mehest! (5)<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>2019. aasta metaanal\u00fc\u00fcs 12 juhu uuringust, milles osales \u00fcle 47 000 inimese, andis uskumatuid tulemusi. S\u00fcdame-veresoonkonna haigustega patsientidel, kes said foolhappe ravi, v\u00e4henes oluliselt insuldirisk, mis on selle haiguse all kannatajatele suurep\u00e4rane uudis (6).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Folaat v\u00f5ib aidata depressiooni korral<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Foolhape m\u00e4ngib v\u00f5tmerolli neurotransmitterite, nagu serotoniini (\u00f5nnehormoon), dopamiini (motivatsiooni- ja tasuhormoon) ja norepinefriini (v\u00f5itle v\u00f5i p\u00f5gene vastuse hormoon) tootmisel (7).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Bender ja tema kolleegid v\u00e4itsid, et madalama vere folaadi sisaldus ja depressiooni vahel on seos. Ja see t\u00e4iendamine L-met\u00fc\u00fclfolaadiga, e.k.a. 5-MTHF (folaadi aktiivne vorm) v\u00f5ib aidata leevendada depressiooni s\u00fcmptomeid (8).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mis on parem: Folaat v\u00f5i foolhape meestele?<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Foolhapet ja foolhapet kasutatakse t\u00e4nap\u00e4eval vaheldumisi. Kuid tegelikult erinevad need mitte ainult selle poolest, kust neid leidub, vaid ka selle poolest, kuidas keha neid vorme metaboliseerub.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Nii folaat kui ka foolhape tuleb muuta aktiivseks vormiks, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intelligentlabs.org\/what-is-5-mthf-methylfolate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">5-met\u00fc\u00fcltetrah\u00fcdrofolaadi ks v\u00f5i 5-MTHF-ks<\/a>, et keha saaks sellest kasu. 5-MTHF on B9-vitamiini peamine vorm, mida leidub veres ja nabav\u00e4\u00e4dis (9).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Teine oluline foolhappe v\u00f5tmisega seotud probleem, eriti suurtes annustes, on see, et see v\u00f5ib p\u00f5hjustada <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intelligentlabs.org\/unmetabolized-folic-acid\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">metaboliseerimata foolhappe ringlust veres<\/a>. Kuid fakt on see, et folaadi puudulikkusega naisel on oht s\u00fcnnitada neuraaltoru defektidega (NTD) laps.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Peale selle ohu (imiku NTD) pole folaadi puudulikkuse diagnoosimine lihtne. Seda seet\u00f5ttu, et folaadi puudulikkuse s\u00fcmptomid ja teiste B-vitamiinide, eriti vitamiini B12, puudused kattuvad.<br \/>Vereanal\u00fc\u00fcs tuleb teha siis, kui kahtlustate puudulikkust ja teil esineb m\u00f5ni allpool loetletud s\u00fcmptomitest.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Folaadi ja\/v\u00f5i B12-vitamiini puudus v\u00f5ib p\u00f5hjustada teatud t\u00fc\u00fcpi aneemiat, mida nimetatakse <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Megaloblastic_anemia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">megaloblastseks aneemiaks.<\/a> Seda seisundit iseloomustavad punased verelibled, mis on normaalsest suuremad, ei ole t\u00e4ielikult v\u00e4lja arenenud ja seet\u00f5ttu ei t\u00f6\u00f6ta korralikult.
