Testi oma toitumisalaseid teadmisi ning vaata, kui palju sa \u00f5igesti arvasid!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1) Hommikus\u00f6\u00f6gi vahelej\u00e4tmine on halb<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>See v\u00e4ide on <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">v\u00e4\u00e4r<\/span><\/strong>. Hommikus\u00f6\u00f6k on v\u00e4idetavalt p\u00e4eva k\u00f5ige olulisem s\u00f6\u00f6gikord, kuid hiljutised uuringud t\u00f5estasid, et see EI OLE erilisem kui l\u00f5una- v\u00f5i \u00f5htus\u00f6\u00f6k. Tegelikult v\u00f5ib hommikus\u00f6\u00f6gi vahelej\u00e4tmine (ja sellega \u00fcle\u00f6\u00f6 paastu pikendamine) v\u00f5ib sulle isegi kasuks tulla. Miks? Sest see k\u00e4ivitab lipol\u00fc\u00fcsi ehk protsessi, mis lagundab keharasva (1).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2) S\u00fcsivesikud teevad paksuks&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">V\u00e4\u00e4r<\/span><\/strong>. Vastupidiselt levinud arvamusele ei tee s\u00fcsivesikud sind tegelikult paksuks. Liigsete kalorite s\u00f6\u00f6mine on see, mis p\u00f5hjustab kehakaalu t\u00f5usu. Kui sa s\u00f6\u00f6d rohkem &#8220;kalorid sisse&#8221; kui saad &#8220;kalorid v\u00e4lja&#8221;, siis tulevad lisakilod. V\u00e4ldi s\u00fcsivesikurikkaid t\u00f6\u00f6deldud toitude s\u00f6\u00f6mist ja keskendu sellistele komplekss\u00fcsivesikute s\u00f6\u00f6misele nagu puuviljadele ja k\u00f6\u00f6giviljadele. Komplekss\u00fcsivesikutel on suurem kiudainesisaldus ja nad on toitainerikkamad kui lihtsad s\u00fcsivesikud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3) Detox-dieedid aitavad kehal m\u00fcrkidest vabaneda<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Detox-dieedid on l\u00fchiajalised dieedid, mis h\u00f5lmavad teatud t\u00fc\u00fcpi paastumist. M\u00f5ned neist n\u00e4evad ette, et m\u00fcrkidest vabanemiseks tuleks juua p\u00e4evade kaupa vaid detox-mahla. T\u00f5de on selles, et seda t\u00fc\u00fcpi dieedid on t\u00e4iesti ebavajalikud! Meil on mitu elundit, mis vastutavad toksiinide ehk m\u00fcrkide k\u00f5rvaldamise ja v\u00e4ljutamise eest, n\u00e4iteks maks, kopsud ja neerud. Gluteen on valk, mida leidub n\u00e4iteks terades nagu nisu ja kaer. See pole oma olemuselt halb, JUHUL KUI teil pole ts\u00f6liaakiat v\u00f5i gluteenitalumatust. Gluteen annab leivale ainulaadse tekstuuri ja tainale elastsuse ja m\u00f5nusa venivuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5) Dieetjoogid sobivad inimesele, kes on dieedil<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">V\u00e4\u00e4r<\/span><\/strong>. Dieetjookide joomine on tegelikult tervisele kahjulik. 2015. aasta uuringust selgus, et metaboolne s\u00fcndroom oli dieetjookide joojate seas enam levinud kui nende seas, kes dieetjooke ei tarbinud. Metaboolne s\u00fcndroom suurendab s\u00fcdame-veresoonkonna haiguste, diabeedi ja insuldi riski (2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6) Rasv pole vaenlane<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-green-cyan-color\"><strong>\u00d5ige<\/strong><\/span>. Rasv on \u00fcks peamisi makrotoitaineid, mida meie keha vajab energia ja kasvu jaoks. See tagab meie elundite isolatsiooni ja hoiab meid soojas. Kuid k\u00f5ik rasvad pole kasulikud. Monok\u00fcllastumata ja pol\u00fck\u00fcllastumata rasvad on head, seega tarbi seda t\u00fc\u00fcpi rasvu rohkem. Hoidu transrasvadest ja piira k\u00fcllastunud rasvade tarbimist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7)&nbsp; Maks on \u00fcks tervislikumaid toite<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-green-cyan-color\">\u00d5ige<\/span><\/strong>! Maksal on omap\u00e4rane maitse, kuid ei saa eitada asjaolu, et see on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intelligentlabs.org\/what-is-the-healthiest-superfood\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tervislik supertoit<\/a>! See on pungil erinevatest vitamiinidest ja mineraalidest ja see isegi kasulikum, kui m\u00f5ned puuviljad ja k\u00f6\u00f6giviljad. Rasv on viimase paarik\u00fcmne aasta jooksul saanud halva maine, kuid tegelikult pole see nii jube kui r\u00e4\u00e4gitakse. T\u00e4israsvases piimas on k\u00fcll suurem k\u00fcllastunud rasvade sisaldus (\u201chalb\u201d rasvat\u00fc\u00fcp erinevalt k\u00fcllastumata rasvadest). Teiselt poolt n\u00e4itavad teaduslikud uuringud aga seda, et t\u00e4israsvases piimast saab oluliselt rohkem toitaineid, sealhulgas rohkem D- ja K-vitamiini. Vaatamata oma suuremale rasvasisaldusele ei suurenda see s\u00fcdame-veresoonkonna haiguste tekkimise riski (3).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9) K\u00f5rge rasvasisalduse, madala s\u00fcsivesikusisaldusega p\u00f5him\u00f5ttel p\u00f5hinevad dieedid on tervislikud<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kas sa oled kunagi kuulnud keto dieedist? See on p\u00f5hineb samal seisundil, kui keha satub ketoosi ja kasutab s\u00fcsivesikute asemel \u201ck\u00fctuseks\u201d rasva. Kuid keto ei ole uus trendikas dieet, tegelikult kasutati seda juba 1920. aastatel laste epilepsia raviks. Kaalulangus on vaid \u00fcks keto soovitavatest k\u00f5rvaltoimetest. Selle peamised eelised h\u00f5lmavad veresuhkru taseme langust ja insuliinitundlikkuse paranemist (4),seega see v\u00e4ide vastab <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-green-cyan-color\">t\u00f5ele<\/span><\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ettevaatusn\u00f5uded: Keto\/ketogeenne dieet ei sobi k\u00f5igile. Enne uue dieediga alustamist soovitame konsulteerida oma perearstiga v\u00f5i toitumise&nbsp;ala&nbsp;spetsialistiga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10) Enamik toidulisandeid on raha raiskamine<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-green-cyan-color\">T\u00f5si<\/span><\/strong>, kahjuks see nii on. <a href=\"https:\/\/ee.intelligentlabs.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kvaliteetsed toidulisandid<\/a> v\u00f5ivad aidata. Kuid on palju nn \u00fchep\u00e4evaettev\u00f5tete, kes kasutavad oma toodetes kahtlaseid koostisosi, mis nagu te v\u00f5ite arvata ei t\u00f5ota midagi head. Enne ostmist veendu, et firma t\u00f6\u00f6tab seaduslikult ja on aus. Ja \u00e4ra unusta enne toidulisandi kasutamist konsulteerida oma arstiga!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>11)<\/strong> V\u00f5id s\u00fc\u00fca nii palju tervislikku toitu kui soovid ja kaalust alla v\u00f5tta&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">V\u00e4\u00e4r<\/span><\/strong>. Lisaks kvaliteedile loeb ka kvantiteet. Erinevalt veest, kus on null kalorit, sisaldab toit kaloreid. Mida rohkem s\u00f6\u00f6d, seda rohkem kaloreid saad. Kui soovid kaalust alla v\u00f5tta, siis peab tekkima kehas kaloridefitsiit defitsiit ehk kalorite puudus. Toitainete p\u00f5hiselt EI OLE mahe ja mittemahep\u00f5llumajanduslikul toidul suurt vahet. S\u00fc\u00fces mahetoite v\u00e4ldite pestitsiidide, s\u00fcnteetilisi v\u00e4etiste ja muude kahjulike kemikaalide sisses\u00f6\u00f6mist, kuid see ei t\u00e4henda seda, et mahetoidust saad oluliselt rohkem toitaineid. (5)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>13) K\u00f5ik mahlad on tervislikud<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">V\u00e4\u00e4r<\/span><\/strong>. K\u00f5ik puuviljad sisaldavad looduslikku suhkrut, n\u00e4iteks fruktoosi ja sahharoosi. Poes m\u00fc\u00fcdavad puuviljamahlad isegi need, millel on hiiglaslikud sildid, mis \u00fctlevad, et toode on tervislik on tegelikult suhkrut t\u00e4is. Puuviljades looduslikult esinev suhkur on tervislik, kuid k\u00f5ik see, mis on juurde lisatud ei ole. Tervislikuma mahla saamiseks tee ise mahl, kasutades selleks blenderit, et kombineerida mahl koos puuvilja s\u00f6\u00f6davate osadega. Niiviisi saad nautida  kiudaineid ja k\u00f5iki kasulikke puuviljas leiduvaid toitaineid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>14) K\u00f5ik jogurtid on tervislikud<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>See v\u00e4ide on <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">v\u00e4\u00e4r<\/span><\/strong>. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.intelligentlabs.org\/yogurt-probiotics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Jogurtid<\/a> <\/strong>on traditsiooniliselt tervisliku kuvandiga, kuid kui sa t\u00e4helepanelikult vaatad toitumisalast teavet, siis m\u00e4rkad, et enamik neist sisaldab PALJU suhkrut! Munad on \u00fcks toitainerikkamaid toite maailmas. See sisaldab palju vitamiine ja mineraale. See on ka suurep\u00e4rane tervislike rasvade, valkude, antioks\u00fcdantide, oomega-3 ja &#8220;hea&#8221; kolesterooli allikas, mis aitab v\u00e4hendada s\u00fcdamehaiguste riski (6)!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>16) Number kaalul on teie tervise n\u00e4itaja<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">V\u00e4\u00e4r<\/span><\/strong>. Teie kehakaal ei ole ainuke tervise n\u00e4itaja. Kui sul on palju lihasmassi v\u00f5i sul on nn \u201csuur kont\u201d, siis kaalu poolest v\u00f5ib tunduda, et oled \u00fclekaaluline.
