Piimhappebakterid aitavad kaasa heale seedimisele ja toidus sisalduvate kiudainete lagundamisele. Uuringutes on kinnitust leidnud&nbsp;probiootikumide&nbsp;hea m\u00f5ju ka enesetundele.<br>Soolestikus elavate bakterite (mikrofloora) tasakaalustamatus m\u00f5jutab halvasti selliseid vaimse tervise seisundeid nagu depressioon ja \u00e4revus. <br><br>See fenomen v\u00f5ib olla seotud serotoniiniga ehk neurotransmitteriga, mida sageli nimetatakse &#8220;\u00f5nnelikkuse molekuliks&#8221;, sest just tal on oluline roll meie meeleolu s\u00e4ilitamisel. Paljud inimesed teavad, et sellised populaarsed antidepressandid nagu Prozac ja Celexa, t\u00f5stavad serotoniini taset ajus, kuid v\u00e4hem tuntud fakt on see, et umbes 95% keha serotoniinist toodavad meie soolebakterid! S\u00f6\u00f6miseks sobib v\u00e4rsked k\u00fclmutatud kuid ka konserveeritud kala &#8211; katsetage!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Oomega-3-rasvhapped sisaldavad mitmeid tervisele kasulikke omadusi. Oomega-3 alandab kolesteroolitaset ning kaitseb s\u00fcdamehaiguste, diabeedi ja v\u00e4hi eest. Oomega-3 rasvhapped suurendavad aju verevarustust ja hoiavad&nbsp;dopamiini taset k\u00f5rgel, mis omakorda parandab meeleolu ja kognitiivseid funktsioone.<br>Uuring, mis keskendus aju ja immuunsusele n\u00e4itas, et oomega-3 toidulisandeid tarvitavatel \u00f5pilastel v\u00e4henesid \u00e4revuss\u00fcmptomid lausa 20 protsendi v\u00f5rra. Madal oomega-3 tarbimine on seotud depressiooni s\u00fcmptomitega ja v\u00f5ib olla seotud isegi eakate inimeste suurenenud enesetapuriskiga. L-tr\u00fcptofaan on asendamatu aminohape (see t\u00e4hendab, et organism ei saa seda piisavas koguses toota ja see tuleb saada toidust), mida muudab aju omakorda serotoniiniks. Kurkum ei ole ainult koostisosa, mis annab karrile talle omase kollase v\u00e4rvi vaid tal on v\u00f5ime m\u00f5jutada aju tervist. Kurkum sisaldab kurkumiini, see on \u00fchend, mis on v\u00f5imeline t\u00f5stma neurotroofse faktori (BDNF) taset, mis kaitseb dementsuse ja depressiooni eest. Seega Vindaloo v\u00f5i m\u00f5ne muu indiap\u00e4rase roa s\u00f6\u00f6mine v\u00f5ib elule v\u00fcrtsi juurde lisada! Hea uudis on see, et uuringud kinnitavad, et see pole vaid sinu halb k\u00e4itumine, vaid see on teadus! Kohv m\u00f5jutab paljusid keemilisi \u00fchendeid, mis aitavad meeleolu kontrollida &#8211; seega sulle ei tundu, et \u00fcks kohv v\u00f5ib t\u00f5epoolest sinu heaolu parandada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kofeiin blokeerib adenosiiniretseptoreid,  annab energialaengu ja peatab uimase oleku. Kofeiin t\u00f5stab dopamiini ja serotoniini taset, aidates meil ennast tunda r\u00f5\u00f5msana, teravamana ja erksamana. Uuringud on n\u00e4idanud, et kohv k\u00e4ivitab BDNF-i vabanemise ja loob neuroneid, mis tagavad aju parema funktsioneerimise ja isegi v\u00e4hendab depressiooni s\u00fcmptomeid. P\u00f5ldmarjades leiduvad lillad pigmendid on need, mis teevad selle marja eriliseks. Antots\u00fcaniinid on \u00fchendid, mis annavad p\u00f5ldmarjadele ja mustikatele iseloomuliku v\u00e4rvuse. Lisaks v\u00e4rvusele on nad ka antioks\u00fcdatiivse toimega ning aitavad eemaldavad ohtlikke v\u00e4hki p\u00f5hjustavaid vabu radikaale ja aitavad ajul toota dopamiini.<br><br>Dopamiini taseme langus v\u00f5ib vallandada depressiooni, nii et parema meeleolu saamisega s\u00f6\u00f6ge ohtralt marju.
