These microbes restore balance to the gut microbiome by keeping bad bacteria populations under control. Moreover, <strong>babies born via C-section are more prone to dysbiosis<\/strong> since they don&#8217;t have as diverse a microbiota as those delivered vaginally (5).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-antibiotics\"><strong>2) Antibiotics<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Antibiotics are effective at treating certain infections caused by bacteria (they don\u2019t work against viruses though).
