Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Rub the chicken with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp oregano, salt and pepper and bake in the oven for 30 minutes, until browned and cooked through.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/eu.intelligentlabs.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/keto-oregano-chicken-with-crunchy-slaw-01-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"chicken breast with oregano\" title=\"keto-oregano-chicken-with-crunchy-slaw-01\"\/ class=\"wp-image-141300\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Prepare the slaw by thinly slicing the cabbage, fennel, celery and radishes. To make the dressing mix together the lemon juice, 2 tbsp olive oil, Dijon mustard and season with salt and pepper.
