Les premiers mois sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement remplis de joie absolue, car elle apprend \u00e0 le conna\u00eetre. Les femmes enceintes attendent ce moment avec impatience pendant neuf mois entiers ! Cependant, ce n&#8217;est pas toujours le cas. Parfois, la d\u00e9pression et l&#8217;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9clipsent cette joie. Voyons si une suppl\u00e9mentation en <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.intelligentlabs.org\/product\/ultra-pure-omega-3\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">acides gras om\u00e9ga-3 ultra purs<\/a><\/strong> peut aider \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la d\u00e9pression post-partum.     <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-is-postpartum-depression\">Qu\u2019est-ce que la d\u00e9pression postnatale ?<\/h2>\n\n<p>La d\u00e9pression postnatale est un trouble fr\u00e9quent chez les jeunes m\u00e8res. L&#8217;un d&#8217;eux est l&#8217;augmentation de la production d&#8217;hormones, notamment d&#8217;\u0153strog\u00e8nes et de progest\u00e9rone. Imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s l&#8217;accouchement, ces niveaux d&#8217;hormones chutent brutalement. Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne peut \u00e0 lui seul entra\u00eener des troubles de l&#8217;humeur et des sympt\u00f4mes d\u00e9pressifs.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Si l&#8217;on ajoute \u00e0 cela un manque de sommeil et le stress li\u00e9 \u00e0 la prise en charge d&#8217;un b\u00e9b\u00e9, le risque de d\u00e9pression augmente consid\u00e9rablement. Ce trouble se d\u00e9veloppe g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement dans les six mois suivant l&#8217;accouchement et pr\u00e9sente tous les sympt\u00f4mes classiques de la d\u00e9pression clinique. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-happens-to-omega-3-levels-during-pregnancy\">Qu\u2019arrive-t-il aux niveaux d\u2019om\u00e9ga-3 pendant la grossesse ?<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Les r\u00e9serves d&#8217;om\u00e9ga-3 d&#8217;une femme peuvent diminuer pendant la grossesse<\/strong>. En effet, le f\u0153tus a des besoins \u00e9lev\u00e9s en <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.intelligentlabs.org\/types-of-omega-3-fatty-acids\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">acides gras om\u00e9ga-3<\/a><\/strong>, <strong>essentiels \u00e0 son d\u00e9veloppement<\/strong>. Si la m\u00e8re pr\u00e9sente d\u00e9j\u00e0 un faible taux d&#8217;om\u00e9ga-3 avant la grossesse et ne reconstitue pas r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement ses r\u00e9serves par l&#8217;alimentation ou des compl\u00e9ments alimentaires, cette diminution peut devenir importante.  <sup data-fn=\"73e8b4ee-f515-4763-8419-e4a50758822b\" class=\"fn\"><a href=\"#73e8b4ee-f515-4763-8419-e4a50758822b\" id=\"73e8b4ee-f515-4763-8419-e4a50758822b-link\">2<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n<p>Les femmes enceintes, surtout au dernier trimestre, et celles qui viennent d&#8217;accoucher sont <strong>plus sujettes aux carences en om\u00e9ga-3<\/strong>. Autrement dit, la carence peut \u00eatre cumulative. Plus une femme a d&#8217;enfants, plus sa carence en om\u00e9ga-3 peut s&#8217;aggraver (\u00e0 condition de ne pas prendre de suppl\u00e9ments).  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-can-low-omega-3-lead-to-postpartum-depression\">Un faible taux d\u2019om\u00e9ga-3 peut-il entra\u00eener une d\u00e9pression post-partum ?<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>L\u2019\u00e9puisement des acides gras om\u00e9ga-3 semble jouer un r\u00f4le dans le d\u00e9veloppement de la d\u00e9pression post-partum.<\/strong> Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9 que les nouvelles m\u00e8res pr\u00e9sentant un faible taux d&#8217;om\u00e9ga-3 pr\u00e9sentaient un risque accru de d\u00e9velopper ce trouble. Une \u00e9tude a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que les femmes dont le lait maternel contenait peu d&#8217;om\u00e9ga-3 et celles consommant peu de fruits de mer pr\u00e9sentaient des <strong>taux plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s de d\u00e9pression post-partum<\/strong>. <sup data-fn=\"610aa806-05c4-4361-a098-744b25b27a8e\" class=\"fn\"><a href=\"#610aa806-05c4-4361-a098-744b25b27a8e\" id=\"610aa806-05c4-4361-a098-744b25b27a8e-link\">3<\/a><\/sup> <\/p>\n\n<p>De nombreuses \u00e9tudes examinent le lien entre une carence en om\u00e9ga-3 et la d\u00e9pression post-partum. La grande majorit\u00e9 d&#8217;entre elles aboutissent \u00e0 la m\u00eame conclusion :  <strong>Les om\u00e9ga-3 <em>seuls <\/em>pourraient ne pas \u00eatre efficaces contre la d\u00e9pression post-partum. Cependant, ajout\u00e9s au traitement standard, les om\u00e9ga-3 peuvent contribuer \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les sympt\u00f4mes.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Il est peu probable qu&#8217;il gu\u00e9risse compl\u00e8tement ce trouble, mais les om\u00e9ga-3 pourraient aider. Et comme ils sont totalement s\u00fbrs, il n&#8217;y a rien \u00e0 perdre \u00e0 en prendre avant et apr\u00e8s l&#8217;accouchement. Cela s&#8217;explique principalement par <strong>le peu d&#8217;\u00e9tudes<\/strong> r\u00e9alis\u00e9es sur ce sujet. Jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, leurs r\u00e9sultats dressent un tableau mitig\u00e9.  <\/p>\n\n<p>L&#8217;une des \u00e9tudes a compar\u00e9 des femmes souffrant de d\u00e9pression post-partum. Elles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9parties en deux groupes : l&#8217;un prenait 1,9 gramme d&#8217;om\u00e9ga-3 par jour, et l&#8217;autre recevait un placebo. \u00c0 la fin de l&#8217;\u00e9tude, le groupe om\u00e9ga-3 pr\u00e9sentait des am\u00e9liorations qui n&#8217;avaient pas \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9es dans le groupe placebo. Cependant, la diff\u00e9rence n&#8217;\u00e9tait <strong>pas statistiquement significative<\/strong>, indiquant seulement une am\u00e9lioration <strong>mineure avec les om\u00e9ga-3<\/strong>. <sup data-fn=\"8c3425f2-e4af-41a6-a7c0-0fbe6cb5a7b2\" class=\"fn\"><a href=\"#8c3425f2-e4af-41a6-a7c0-0fbe6cb5a7b2\" id=\"8c3425f2-e4af-41a6-a7c0-0fbe6cb5a7b2-link\">5<\/a><\/sup>   <\/p>\n\n<p>Les om\u00e9ga-3 pourraient compl\u00e9ter le traitement standard de la d\u00e9pression post-partum. Cependant, peu de donn\u00e9es probantes soutiennent l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 des om\u00e9ga-3 comme traitement <em>\u00e0 eux seuls<\/em>. En revanche, la situation est tout autre lorsqu&#8217;il s&#8217;agit de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.intelligentlabs.org\/omega-3-ultimate-supplement-guide\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">suppl\u00e9menter en om\u00e9ga-3<\/a><\/strong> et <strong>de pr\u00e9venir la d\u00e9pression postnatale<\/strong>.
