En fin de compte, la dose id\u00e9ale d\u00e9pend de votre \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9. Attention : <strong>tous les compl\u00e9ments alimentaires \u00e0 base d&#8217;huile de poisson ne se valent pas<\/strong> ! <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certains compl\u00e9ments contiennent tr\u00e8s peu de DHA et d&#8217;EPA. D&#8217;autres puisent leurs om\u00e9ga-3 dans l&#8217;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.intelligentlabs.org\/whats-the-difference-between-triglyceride-and-ethyl-ester-omega-3-fish-oil\/\">ester \u00e9thylique<\/a><\/strong>, un produit semi-artificiel cr\u00e9\u00e9 en laboratoire.
