Refluks og opkastning<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>At kaste op eller gylpe m\u00e6lken tilbage, som din baby lige har spist, er helt normalt, og \u00e5rsagen til, at ingen ny for\u00e6lder tager nogen steder hen uden et musselin kl\u00e6de. Nogle af os har ikke evnen til at nedbryde det ordentligt og kan f\u00e5 symptomer efter at have spist histaminholdige f\u00f8devarer. Symptomer inkluderer kl\u00f8e overalt, udsl\u00e6t og n\u00e6ldefeber.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hvis dit barn er f\u00f8lsom, kan de ogs\u00e5 opleve hovedpine, r\u00f8dme, kronisk mavesmerter og diarr\u00e9 (3). <strong>Hold en maddagbog og se om histaminintolerance<\/strong> er \u00e5rsagen til dit barns helbredsproblemer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. B\u00f8vser og oppustethed<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Er dit barn lidt \u2026 erm \u2026 ut\u00e6t? Hvis dit barn er en pruttende eller b\u00f8vsende maskine, kan de have en underliggende f\u00f8devareintolerance. F\u00f8lsomhed over for hvede, mejeriprodukter eller aminer kan alle for\u00e5rsage oppustethed hos dit barn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derudover kan problemer med at absorbere fruktose (sukkeret i frugt, juice, bordsukker og masser af emballerede f\u00f8devarer) for\u00e5rsage mavesmerter, diarr\u00e9 og masser af luft. S\u00e5 hvis dit barn let bliver tr\u00e6t og mangler energi hele tiden, s\u00e5 er det lidt mist\u00e6nkeligt, er det ikke?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Der er nogle beviser for, at f\u00f8lsomhed over for gluten i hvede, rug og byg kan udl\u00f8se symptomer p\u00e5 tr\u00e6thed, t\u00e5get sind og bare generel tr\u00e6ls hum\u00f8r.<\/strong> Nogle f\u00f8lsomme personer kan ogs\u00e5 opleve mavepine og diarr\u00e9 (5).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dette er ikke det samme som c\u00f8liaki, hvor gluten faktisk beskadiger tarmv\u00e6ggen. Og det vises ikke p\u00e5 tarmbiopsier eller tests, s\u00e5 det kan v\u00e6re vanskeligt at identificere.
