Patienter, der fik mindst 250 mg curcumin i 4 m\u00e5neder, oplevede <strong>f\u00e6rre episoder med depression og angst <\/strong>(8).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4) Curcumin phytosom fremmer sund hjernefunktion<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Demens optr\u00e6der sj\u00e6ldent hos yngre mennesker, men det sker. Demens blandt \u00e6ldre er imidlertid langt mere almindelig, hvoraf Alzheimers er den mest almindelige form. Kronisk bet\u00e6ndelse siges ogs\u00e5 at v\u00e6re en af \u200b\u200bde grundl\u00e6ggende \u00e5rsager til Alzheimers (4).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Som et naturligt anti inflammatorisk middel kan curcumin hj\u00e6lpe patienter med demens og kognitiv tilbagegang. Dette blev opdaget i en japansk unders\u00f8gelse, der fulgte 3 \u00e6ldre patienter med Alzheimers. To af patienterne led ogs\u00e5 af urininkontinens (9).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Patienterne fik 764 mg gurkemejepulver pr. dag (eller 100 mg curcumin) i 3 m\u00e5neder. I slutningen af \u200b\u200bunders\u00f8gelsen var der en signifikant reduktion i deres adf\u00e6rdsm\u00e6ssige og psykologiske symptomer. If\u00f8lge <a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/news-room\/fact-sheets\/detail\/the-top-10-causes-of-death#:~:text=Ischaemic%20heart%20disease%20and%20stroke,in%20the%20last%2015%20years.\" rel=\"noopener\">World Health Organization<\/a> d\u00f8r millioner af mennesker hvert \u00e5r af disse to sygdomme. Nu er curcumin ikke noget magisk fytokemisk stof som kan f\u00e5 alle vores sundhedsproblemer til at forsvinde. Men der er faktisk<strong> god videnskab bag curcumins kardiovaskul\u00e6re fordele.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En af \u200b\u200bhoved\u00e5rsagerne til hjerte-kar-sygdomme er \u00e5reforkalkning, hvor dine arterier blokeres med fedt og kolesterol. Dette f\u00e5r arterierne til at h\u00e6rde, indsn\u00e6vre og begr\u00e6nse blodgennemstr\u00f8mningen til dit hjerte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En systematisk gennemgang i 2020 af 10 unders\u00f8gelser viste, at curcumin phytosom havde signitikant reducerende effekt p\u00e5 f\u00f8lgende (10):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aorta aterosklerotisk l\u00e6sion omr\u00e5de<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serumlipidprofiler<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plasmainflammatoriske indikatorer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ved at s\u00e6nke disse aterosklerose indikatorer reduceres ogs\u00e5 kardiovaskul\u00e6r risiko. Curcumin dosen varierede, men op til 347mg\/kg blev anset for at v\u00e6re sikker og ikke-toksisk dosis (10).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derudover viste patienter med koronararterie-bypass-transplantation i Thailand, der alle fik 4 gr curcumin om dagen, en<strong> meget lavere risiko for at f\u00e5 hjerteanfald <\/strong>sammenlignet med placebogruppen. De <strong>inflammatoriske mark\u00f8rer var ogs\u00e5 meget lavere<\/strong> i curcumin-gruppen end i placebogruppen (11).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6) Hj\u00e6lper med at forebygge og reducere type 2 diabetes mellitus symptomer<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>At spise forarbejdet mad med h\u00f8jt kalorieindhold, usundt fedt og sukker kan f\u00f8re til overv\u00e6gt, hvilket \u00f8ger risikoen for at f\u00e5 Type II diabetes. Hvis du st\u00e5r over for dette problem, vil du v\u00e6re glad for at vide, at en unders\u00f8gelse foretaget p\u00e5 pr\u00e6diabetikere viste at <strong>curcumin phytosom forsinkede udviklingen af type II diabetes<\/strong> (5).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>240 patienter fik curcumin og placebo i 9 m\u00e5neder. <strong>Ikke en enkelt person i curcumin-gruppen blev diagnosticeret med diabetes!<\/strong> Men desv\u00e6rre endte 16% af placebogruppen med diabetes. Selvf\u00f8lgelig er aldring uundg\u00e5eligt og antioxidanter stopper det ikke. <strong>Men den gode nyhed er, at aldring &#8211; og dens virkninger &#8211; kan bremses.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frie radikaler genereres af mange faktorer, b\u00e5de iboende og ydre. Vi har allerede d\u00e6kket iboende faktorer i nr. 1. Ved de ydre faktorer genereres frie radikaler ved uds\u00e6ttelse for solens UV-str\u00e5ler, r\u00f8g, forurening, stress og lignende. Alle disse kan fremskynde aldringsprocessen og f\u00e5 dig til at se syne \u00e6ldre end du er (13).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Som en st\u00e6rk antioxidant kan curcumin stoppe virkningerne af disse frie radikaler og derved mindske synlige aldringstegn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8) Curcumin er smertestillende&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tidligere l\u00e6rte du, at Meriva curcumin phytosom reducerer smerte og stivhed hos slidgigtpatienter. Men hvad med almindelige hverdagssmerter? Vil curcumin ogs\u00e5 hj\u00e6lpe?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Svaret er ja! <strong>2 gr Meriva (eller 400 mg curcumin) pr. dag kan sammenlignes med 1g smertestillende acetaminophen (paracetamol). Begge tolereres godt i maven (14).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mens paracetamol er et relativt sikkert l\u00e6gemiddel, kan det for\u00e5rsage nyre- og leverskader hvis det misbruges, det vil sige, hvis du tager mere end den anbefalede dosis.
