Ikke kun feel-good faktoren eller den gode smag, men fordi det indeholder mikro-ern\u00e6ring, som har stor p\u00e5virkning p\u00e5 vores kroppe og hjernes funktion. En unders\u00f8gelse lave af Food &amp; Mood Project, som blev ledet har NGO\u2019en \u2018Mind\u2019, fandt ud af, at 90% af mennesker som \u00e6ndrer deres kost radikalt fik forbedret mental sundhed. S\u00e5 hvilken mad spiste de her glade mennesker s\u00e5?<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">M\u00f8rk Chokolade<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Kan du huske den reklame, hvor en kvinde smelter ned i en p\u00f8l af lykke, efter den f\u00f8rste bid af chokolade? Det viser sig, at det ikke er helt ved siden af. Chokolade, is\u00e6r den m\u00f8rke variant med en h\u00f8j procentdel kakao, indeholder lykke-molekylet anandamide. Den kemiske budbringer (neurotransmitter) er produceret i hjernen og virker som en midlertidig blokade for f\u00f8lelser som smerte og depression.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Anandamide minder faktisk lidt om marijuana. Dog uden f\u00f8lelsen af at blive p\u00e5virket af stimulanser. Feel-good faktoren i chokolade bliver i stedet forl\u00e6nget af to n\u00e6rmest magiske ingredienser, som forsinker nedbrydelsen af anandamide. S\u00e5 n\u00e5r du r\u00e6kker ud efter chokoladen p\u00e5 \u00f8verste hylde, er det faktisk selvmedicinering og selvfork\u00e6lelse. Bare et par gram m\u00f8rk chokolade kan ogs\u00e5 neds\u00e6tte stresshormoner. Det er hvad amerikanerne kalder \u201cguilt free comfort eating\u201d. Dette er de gode bakterier som hj\u00e6lper os med, at have et sundt tarmsystem, og som nedbryder fiberen i vores mad. Forskning har vist, at ubalance i tarmsystemet har indflydelse p\u00e5 den mentale sundhed og tilstande som angst og depression.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Det hele bunder i serotonin. Serotonin er en neurotransmitter, som nogle gange ogs\u00e5 kaldes \u2018gl\u00e6des-hormonet\u2019, fordi det er essentielt i opretholdelsen af dit gode hum\u00f8r. Men vidste du, at 95% af al serotonin bliver produceret i vores tarmsystem? Hold dine niveauer oppe med probiotika fundet i f.eks. Yoghurt, for at holde b\u00e5de dit energiniveau og hum\u00f8r stabilt. Ogs\u00e5 den slags, du finder p\u00e5 frost og d\u00e5se.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Omega-3 fedtsyre har en bred vifte af sundhedsfremmende fordele. Nogle af disse er lavere kolesterol, beskyttelse mod hjertesygdomme, diabetes og kr\u00e6ft. Men det er ikke bare et \u00f8get niveau af sundhed som g\u00f8r dig gladere. Det kan ogs\u00e5 booste blodtilf\u00f8rslen til hjernen og holde dopaminniveauet oppe, hvilket bidrager til opretholdelse af dit hum\u00f8r og dine kognitive funktioner. Faktisk viser et studie i Hjernefunktioner og Immunitet at studerende som tager Omega-3 tilskud, have hele 20% nedsat angstniveau. Lavt niveau af Omega-3 er blevet sat i forbindelse med symptomer p\u00e5 depression og endda selvmord hos \u00e6ldre. Det eneste problem er, at intet af det kan krydse blod-hjerne-barrieren! Men det skal ikke holde dig fra, at tilf\u00f8je nogle skiver banan til din morgenmad! Hjernen laver den om til serotonin. Og s\u00e5 er bananer sp\u00e6kkede med B6 vitamin, som afhj\u00e6lper angst og stress. Dette kan beskytte mod demens og depression. S\u00e5 et fast indtag af vindaloo tilf\u00f8jer ikke bare ekstra spice til din mad, men ogs\u00e5 til din hjernes sundhed. Den lilla pigment er det, som g\u00f8r forskellen. Anthocyaniner giver bl\u00e5b\u00e6ret sin karakteristiske farve og indeholder ogs\u00e5 antioxidanter som kan modvirke farlige kr\u00e6ftfremkaldende frie radikaler. Derudover booster de ogs\u00e5 vores hjernens dopaminniveau. Hvis vi ikke har nok dopamin, kan det fremkalde f\u00f8lelser af depression, s\u00e5 spis du bare l\u00f8s af \u00e5rets bl\u00e5b\u00e6rh\u00f8st!
