V tomto p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku se budeme v\u011bnovat jednomu z nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edch vitamin\u016f, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee nast\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed maminka u\u017e\u00edvat, a to aktivovan\u00e9 kyselin\u011b listov\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pro\u010d u\u017e\u00edvat kyselinu listovou pro po\u010det\u00ed a t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro sexu\u00e1ln\u011b aktivn\u00ed \u017eeny je u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed kyseliny listov\u00e9 nezbytn\u00e9. St\u00e1v\u00e1 se p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho &#8220;nehod&#8221; a mnoho \u017een se o sv\u00e9m t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed dozv\u00ed a\u017e po n\u011bkolika m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V letech 2015 a\u017e 2019 bylo na cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b zaznamen\u00e1no 121 milion\u016f nepl\u00e1novan\u00fdch t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed, co\u017e p\u0159edstavuje p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 64 nepl\u00e1novan\u00fdch t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed na 1000 \u017een ve v\u011bku 15 a\u017e 49 let <a href=\"https:\/\/ca.intelligentlabs.org\/5-mthf-activated-folic-acid-for-prenatal-health\/#references\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">(1)<\/a>. Nepl\u00e1novan\u00e9 t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159edstavovat zdravotn\u00ed riziko pro matku i d\u00edt\u011b, proto\u017ee nejsou p\u0159ijata preventivn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed k zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed zdrav\u00e9ho t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedn\u00edm z nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch rizik nepl\u00e1novan\u00e9ho t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed jsou z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9 vrozen\u00e9 vady, jako jsou defekty neur\u00e1ln\u00ed trubice nebo NTD. P\u0159\u00edkladem je roz\u0161t\u011bp p\u00e1te\u0159e (p\u00e1te\u0159 a m\u00edcha se nevytvo\u0159\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u011b) a anencefalie (postihuje mozek a lebku). Dobr\u00e9 je, \u017ee t\u011bmto NTD lze p\u0159edch\u00e1zet u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm dostate\u010dn\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed kyseliny listov\u00e9 p\u0159ed t\u011bhotenstv\u00edm a b\u011bhem n\u011bj. Bohu\u017eel v\u0161ak NTD z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed probl\u00e9mem v mnoha zem\u00edch sv\u011bta <a href=\"https:\/\/ca.intelligentlabs.org\/5-mthf-activated-folic-acid-for-prenatal-health\/#references\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">(2<\/a>).&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obohacov\u00e1n\u00ed \u017een v plodn\u00e9m v\u011bku o kyselinu listovou m\u016f\u017ee na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed zabr\u00e1nit 50-70 % p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f NTD, kter\u00e9 se ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b vyskytuj\u00ed. Je biologicky dostupn\u00fd, ale snadno se ni\u010d\u00ed nespr\u00e1vn\u00fdm skladov\u00e1n\u00edm potravin, myt\u00edm a va\u0159en\u00edm<a href=\"https:\/\/ca.intelligentlabs.org\/5-mthf-activated-folic-acid-for-prenatal-health\/#references\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">(5<\/a>). U\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm 5-MTHF ji\u017e va\u0161e t\u011blo nemus\u00ed prov\u00e1d\u011bt \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 p\u0159em\u011bny. Pro\u010d?
