Ale pokud jde o probiotika na hubnut\u00ed, opravdu funguj\u00ed? Existuj\u00ed v\u0161ak studie, kter\u00e9 ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee ob\u00e9zn\u00ed lid\u00e9 maj\u00ed jin\u00e9 slo\u017een\u00ed st\u0159evn\u00ed mikrofl\u00f3ry ne\u017e \u0161t\u00edhl\u00ed jedinci. A fek\u00e1ln\u00ed bakterie mohou hr\u00e1t roli v modulaci energetick\u00e9ho metabolismu a t\u011blesn\u00e9 hmotnosti.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Studie #1:&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Podle p\u0159ehledu z roku 2018 n\u011bkolik studi\u00ed uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee \u00fa\u010dinek probiotik na hubnut\u00ed a metabolismus je kmenov\u011b specifick\u00fd a \u017ee \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 jsou pouze n\u011bkter\u00e9 druhy z rod\u016f <em>Lactobacillus<\/em> a <em>Bifidobacterium<\/em> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.intelligentlabs.org\/probiotics-for-weight-loss\/#references\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">6<\/a>).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Studie #2:&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve studii z roku 2010 v\u011bdci zkoumali vliv probiotik na adipozitu b\u0159icha, t\u011blesnou hmotnost a dal\u0161\u00ed ukazatele u dosp\u011bl\u00fdch se sklony k obezit\u011b. Tato studie uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee u osob, kter\u00e9 dost\u00e1valy probiotika, do\u0161lo k poklesu viscer\u00e1ln\u00edho tuku na b\u0159i\u0161e o 4,6 % a podko\u017en\u00edho tuku o 3,3 %. Krom\u011b toho byla t\u011blesn\u00e1 hmotnost sn\u00ed\u017eena o 1,4% a index t\u011blesn\u00e9 hmotnosti (BMI) o 1,5% (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.intelligentlabs.org\/probiotics-for-weight-loss\/#references\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">7<\/a>).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Studie #3:&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>V roce 2013 skupina v\u011bdc\u016f ze \u0160v\u00fdcarska a Kanady studovala dopad <a href=\"https:\/\/eu.intelligentlabs.org\/cs-cz\/produkt\/zive-kultury-sunfiber-fos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">suplementace probiotik<\/a> na hubnut\u00ed a \u00fadr\u017ebu u ob\u00e9zn\u00edch jedinc\u016f po dobu 24 t\u00fddn\u016f. \u00da\u010dastn\u00edci studie byli rozd\u011bleni do skupin mu\u017e\u016f a \u017een, kte\u0159\u00ed u\u017e\u00edvali bu\u010f probiotika, nebo placebo. B\u011bhem prvn\u00edch 12 t\u00fddn\u016f byli vystaveni m\u00edrn\u00e9mu energetick\u00e9mu omezen\u00ed a zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edch 12 t\u00fddn\u016f byli na udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed hmotnosti. Zde je shrnut\u00ed jejich zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd \u00fabytek hmotnosti u \u017een ve skupin\u011b s probiotiky byl v\u00fdznamn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e u \u017een ve skupin\u011b s placebem. U mu\u017e\u016f v obou skupin\u00e1ch v\u0161ak byly v\u00fdsledky t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 podobn\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/li><li>B\u011bhem obdob\u00ed udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed hmotnosti \u017eeny ve skupin\u011b Probiotik nad\u00e1le ztr\u00e1cely t\u011blesnou hmotnost a tukovou hmotu. Na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b \u017eeny ve skupin\u011b s placebem zaznamenaly p\u0159\u00edr\u016fstek hmotnosti a n\u00e1r\u016fst tukov\u00e9 hmoty. U skupin mu\u017e\u016f nebyly ve stejn\u00e9m obdob\u00ed zaznamen\u00e1ny rozd\u00edly.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tato konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed studie uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee v reakci na pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed probiotik mohou existovat rozd\u00edly mezi pohlav\u00edmi. V t\u00e9to studii v\u011bdci uvedli, \u017ee l\u00e9\u010dba probiotiky je bezpe\u010dn\u00e1 a dob\u0159e sn\u00e1\u0161en\u00e1 bez ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f a je vhodn\u00e1 pro dlouhodob\u00e9 u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1v\u011br t\u00e9to studie nav\u00edc zd\u016fraznil, \u017ee modulace <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC4290017\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">st\u0159evn\u00ed mikrobioty<\/a> probiotickou l\u00e9\u010dbou m\u016f\u017ee hr\u00e1t pozitivn\u00ed roli p\u0159i \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed t\u011blesn\u00e9 hmotnosti, vlivu na metabolismus gluk\u00f3zy a tuk\u016f, zlep\u0161it citlivost na inzul\u00edn a sn\u00ed\u017eit chronick\u00fd syst\u00e9mov\u00fd z\u00e1n\u011bt, z nich\u017e v\u0161echny jsou spole\u010dn\u00e9 charakteristiky obezity (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.intelligentlabs.org\/probiotics-for-weight-loss\/#references\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">9<\/a>).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Studie #5:&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>V roce 2019 provedla skupina \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdch v\u011bdc\u016f systematick\u00fd p\u0159ehled potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed role probiotik p\u0159i kontrole nadv\u00e1hy u dosp\u011bl\u00fdch a souvisej\u00edc\u00edch metabolick\u00fdch parametr\u016f. Zjistili, \u017ee u skupin \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed u\u017e\u00edvali probiotika, do\u0161lo k v\u00fdrazn\u00e9mu sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed hmotnosti. Krom\u011b toho v\u011bdci zaznamenali v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed procenta tuku a tukov\u00e9 hmoty u zdrav\u00fdch dosp\u011bl\u00fdch. Zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se skupiny diabetik\u016f tak\u00e9 uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee dopln\u011bn\u00ed probiotiky by mohlo zlep\u0161it metabolismus gluk\u00f3zy (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.intelligentlabs.org\/probiotics-for-weight-loss\/#references\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">10<\/a>).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Studie #6:&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159\u00edznivou roli probiotik pro hubnut\u00ed byla tak\u00e9 zkoum\u00e1na Dr. Heidi Borgeraas a jej\u00edmi kolegy Dosp\u011bli k z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee probiotika zp\u016fsobila v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed t\u011blesn\u00e9 hmotnosti a procenta tuku ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se skupinou bez probiotick\u00e9 placeba. \u00da\u010dinek probiotik na tukovou hmotu v\u0161ak nebyl tak v\u00fdznamn\u00fd, mo\u017en\u00e1 kv\u016fli omezen\u00e9 d\u00e9lce intervenc\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se pohybovaly od 3 do 12 t\u00fddn\u016f. Tyto v\u00fdsledky se mohou zlep\u0161it s del\u0161\u00ed dobou probiotick\u00e9 suplementace (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.intelligentlabs.org\/probiotics-for-weight-loss\/#references\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">11<\/a>).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Studie #7:&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>V roce 2019 publikovan\u00e1 studie zkoumala interaktivn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky probiotick\u00e9 suplementace a programu sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed hmotnosti na antropometrick\u00e9 ukazatele a ukazatele metabolick\u00e9ho syndromu u pacient\u016f s ischemickou chorobou srde\u010dn\u00ed s nadv\u00e1hou. Uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed, \u017ee reduk\u010dn\u00ed dieta a dopl\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed probiotik vedly k lep\u0161\u00edm v\u00fdsledk\u016fm, pokud jde o kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed rizikov\u00e9 faktory, ne\u017e samotn\u00fd reduk\u010dn\u00ed program (14 ).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Perinat\u00e1ln\u00ed suplementace probiotiky a t\u011blesn\u00e1 hmotnost d\u00edt\u011bte&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Studie z roku 2010 hodnotila vliv perinat\u00e1ln\u00ed probiotick\u00e9 suplementace na d\u011btsk\u00e9 r\u016fstov\u00e9 vzorce a v\u00fdvoj nadv\u00e1hy b\u011bhem desetilet\u00e9ho sledov\u00e1n\u00ed.
