V ur\u010dit\u00e9m okam\u017eiku si v\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed za\u010dne v\u0161\u00edmat n\u011bkter\u00fdch drobn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f, jako je jejich kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e1 pam\u011b\u0165, kter\u00e1 nen\u00ed tak bystr\u00e1 jako kdysi, nebo se sna\u017e\u00ed vzpomenout si na jm\u00e9na a tv\u00e1\u0159e, kter\u00e9 byly kdysi zn\u00e1m\u00e9.&nbsp;<strong>To je p\u0159irozen\u00e1 sou\u010d\u00e1st st\u00e1rnut\u00ed a je zn\u00e1m\u00e1 jako kognitivn\u00ed \u00fabytek.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160\u0165astn\u00fd a zdrav\u00fd mozek, kter\u00fd dob\u0159e funguje, m\u00e1 mozkov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky, kter\u00e9 spolu mohou efektivn\u011b komunikovat. Zp\u016fsob, jak\u00fdm se mozkov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky propojuj\u00ed, se naz\u00fdv\u00e1 \u201esynapse\u201c a v\u0161echny bu\u0148ky v na\u0161em mozku a centr\u00e1ln\u00edm nervov\u00e9m syst\u00e9mu vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed synapse, aby n\u00e1m umo\u017enily myslet, pohybovat se, u\u010dit se a pamatovat si. S p\u0159ib\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edm v\u011bkem v\u0161ak na\u0161e mozkov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky (tzv. neurony) za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed odum\u00edrat a neurony, kter\u00e9 p\u0159e\u017eij\u00ed, jsou m\u00e9n\u011b zdrav\u00e9 a pomalu ztr\u00e1cej\u00ed schopnost spojovat se s ostatn\u00edmi neurony, kter\u00e9 je obklopuj\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dabytek kognitivn\u00edch funkc\u00ed samoz\u0159ejm\u011b nen\u00ed velk\u00fd a nemus\u00ed nijak z\u00e1sadn\u011b ovlivnit n\u00e1\u0161 \u017eivot. Pokud v\u0161ak dovol\u00edme, aby degenerace pokra\u010dovala, s nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost\u00ed bychom se dostali do dal\u0161\u00ed f\u00e1ze, kter\u00e1 p\u0159esahuje toto zn\u00e1m\u00e9 jako&nbsp;<strong>kognitivn\u00ed porucha<\/strong>. Je o n\u011bco z\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a znamen\u00e1, \u017ee lid\u00e9 \u017eij\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u011b pod sv\u00fdmi mo\u017enostmi, ale st\u00e1le mohou \u017e\u00edt relativn\u011b norm\u00e1ln\u011b a samostatn\u011b.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e v\u0161ak v\u011bci pokro\u010d\u00ed za ur\u010ditou hranici, dostaneme se do st\u00e1dia\u00a0<strong>demence<\/strong>, kdy za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 b\u00fdt probl\u00e9m zvl\u00e1dnout jednoduch\u00e9 ka\u017edodenn\u00ed \u00fakony. A my bychom ji\u017e nebyli schopni \u017e\u00edt bez pomoci. 60-80 % p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cs.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Demence\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">demence<\/a>\u00a0tvo\u0159\u00ed Alzheimerova choroba.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"573\" src=\"https:\/\/eu.intelligentlabs.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-01-33-1024x573.jpeg\" alt=\"\u0161\u0165astn\u00fd postar\u0161\u00ed p\u00e1r\" class=\"wp-image-251525\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eu.intelligentlabs.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-01-33-1024x573.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/eu.intelligentlabs.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-01-33-300x168.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/eu.intelligentlabs.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-01-33-768x430.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/eu.intelligentlabs.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-01-33-600x336.jpeg 600w, https:\/\/eu.intelligentlabs.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-01-33.jpeg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 membr\u00e1ny a \u00fabytek kognitivn\u00edch funkc\u00ed&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Demence<\/strong>&nbsp;je ozna\u010den\u00ed pro skupinu onemocn\u011bn\u00ed a stav\u016f, kter\u00e9 vedou k&nbsp;<strong>poklesu kognitivn\u00edch&nbsp;funkc\u00ed \u2013 pam\u011bti<\/strong>, chov\u00e1n\u00ed, jazyka, \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed probl\u00e9m\u016f a rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed \u2013 do t\u00e9 m\u00edry, \u017ee naru\u0161uj\u00ed ka\u017edodenn\u00ed \u017eivot.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u011bhem mnoha let v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci odhalili n\u011bkolik r\u016fzn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00ed\u010din demence, z nich\u017e nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed byla zm\u011bna ve struktu\u0159e membr\u00e1n, kter\u00e9 obklopuj\u00ed a chr\u00e1n\u00ed na\u0161e mozkov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky v d\u016fsledku abnorm\u00e1ln\u00edho nahromad\u011bn\u00ed deformovan\u00fdch protein\u016f, co\u017e vede k progresivn\u00edmu kognitivn\u00edmu poklesu a\u017e do dosa\u017een\u00ed demence.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co jsou bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 membr\u00e1ny?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u0161e bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 membr\u00e1ny se skl\u00e1daj\u00ed ze 2 vrstev lipid\u016f, zn\u00e1m\u00fdch jako lipidov\u00e1 dvojvrstva, a jak na\u0161e bu\u0148ky st\u00e1rnou, zmen\u0161uj\u00ed se a slo\u017een\u00ed lipidov\u00e9 dvojvrstvy se m\u011bn\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za norm\u00e1ln\u00edch okolnost\u00ed by bu\u0148ky m\u011bly b\u00fdt kypr\u00e9, tekut\u00e9, poddajn\u00e9 a pru\u017en\u00e9, co\u017e jim umo\u017e\u0148uje \u00fa\u010dinn\u011b p\u0159ij\u00edmat sign\u00e1l synapse z jin\u00fdch bun\u011bk a z\u00e1rove\u0148 jsou propustn\u00e9, tak\u017ee umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed pohyb v\u0161ech b\u00edlkovin, enzym\u016f, \u017eivin, kysl\u00edku, gluk\u00f3zy atd. dovnit\u0159 a ven z bu\u0148ky.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak v\u0161ak membr\u00e1ny ztr\u00e1cej\u00ed svou nad\u00fdchanost a tekutost, st\u00e1vaj\u00ed se tvrd\u0161\u00edmi, tedy m\u00e9n\u011b propustn\u00fdmi a m\u00e9n\u011b schopn\u00fdmi p\u0159izp\u016fsobit se p\u0159\u00edjmu synaptick\u00fdch sign\u00e1l\u016f. M\u016f\u017eete si to p\u0159edstavit jako pomeran\u010d, kter\u00fd je zpo\u010d\u00e1tku baculat\u00fd a \u0161\u0165avnat\u00fd, ale jak ztr\u00e1c\u00ed vlhkost, je su\u0161\u0161\u00ed a tvrd\u0161\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co jsou lipidov\u00e9 dvojvrstvy?\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-style-default\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/eu.intelligentlabs.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/image.gif\" alt=\"fosfatidylserinov\u00e1 membr\u00e1na\" class=\"wp-image-219360\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Fosfolipidov\u00e1\u00a0dvojvrstva bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fdch membr\u00e1n\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lipidov\u00e9 dvojvrstvy se skl\u00e1daj\u00ed z&nbsp;fosfatidylcholinu,&nbsp;fosfatidyletanolaminu,&nbsp;sfingomyelinu&nbsp;(kombinace&nbsp;fosfatidylcholinu&nbsp;a&nbsp;fosfatidyletanolaminu),&nbsp;fosfatidylserinu&nbsp;a omega-3 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny DHA.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fosfatidylethanolamin&nbsp;je stejn\u011b jako&nbsp;fosfatidylcholin&nbsp;velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd pro struktur\u00e1ln\u00ed integritu membr\u00e1ny; n\u011bco jako ocelov\u00e1 konstrukce budovy, zat\u00edmco&nbsp;<strong>fosfatidylserin&nbsp;a DHA umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed dodate\u010dnou tekutost a pru\u017enost<\/strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak st\u00e1rnut\u00ed ovliv\u0148uje lipidov\u00e9 dvojvrstvy?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak st\u00e1rneme, obsah&nbsp;fosfatidylserinu&nbsp;v membr\u00e1n\u00e1ch kles\u00e1<\/strong>&nbsp;a obsah cholesterolu se zvy\u0161uje (1,3). Tato zm\u011bna je kl\u00ed\u010dem ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed tvrdosti a sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed tekutosti a pru\u017enosti bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 membr\u00e1ny.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To zp\u016fsobuje sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed enzymatick\u00e9 aktivity a b\u00edlkoviny a dal\u0161\u00ed \u017eiviny se ji\u017e nemohou snadno dost\u00e1vat dovnit\u0159 a ven z bu\u0148ky. Dopl\u0148ky stravy s&nbsp;fosfatidylserinem&nbsp;se snadno vst\u0159eb\u00e1vaj\u00ed (pokud je u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1te s j\u00eddlem obsahuj\u00edc\u00edm tuk!) a tak\u00e9 snadno proch\u00e1zej\u00ed hematoencefalickou bari\u00e9rou do mozku, tak\u017ee se mohou vst\u0159ebat do na\u0161ich&nbsp;neuron\u00e1ln\u00edch&nbsp;membr\u00e1n (6).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 poruchy&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Studie \u010d. 1 \u2013 otev\u0159en\u00e9 studie<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V otev\u0159en\u00fdch studi\u00edch (tj. studi\u00edch, kde subjekty i v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci v\u011bd\u00ed, \u017ee subjekty dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed&nbsp;fosfatidylserin) dost\u00e1vali star\u0161\u00ed jedinci s m\u00edrn\u00fdm poklesem kognitivn\u00edch funkc\u00ed 300 mg&nbsp;fosfatidylserinu&nbsp;(100 mg, 3kr\u00e1t denn\u011b) po dobu 60 dn\u016f.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na konci 60denn\u00edho obdob\u00ed se u sledovan\u00fdch osob v\u00fdrazn\u011b zlep\u0161ily v\u00fdsledky v testech verb\u00e1ln\u00edho u\u010den\u00ed, verb\u00e1ln\u00edho vybavov\u00e1n\u00ed, verb\u00e1ln\u00ed plynulosti, vizu\u00e1ln\u00edho u\u010den\u00ed, pozornosti, komunika\u010dn\u00edch dovednost\u00ed, iniciativy, socializace a sob\u011bsta\u010dnosti (9,10).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Studie \u010d. 2 \u2013 90denn\u00ed studie<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jin\u00e1 studie prodlou\u017eila dobu suplementace na 90 dn\u00ed a zjistila velmi podobn\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky, ale tak\u00e9 zjistila, \u017ee se u subjekt\u016f zlep\u0161ila schopnost vybavit si jm\u00e9na a rozpoznat obli\u010deje (11).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jin\u00e1 skupina star\u0161\u00edch dosp\u011bl\u00fdch se z\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edm poklesem kognitivn\u00edch funkc\u00ed dos\u00e1hla po dopln\u011bn\u00ed stejn\u00e9 d\u00e1vky 100 mg&nbsp;fosfatidylserinu&nbsp;t\u0159ikr\u00e1t denn\u011b v\u00fdznamn\u00e9ho zlep\u0161en\u00ed verb\u00e1ln\u00edho u\u010den\u00ed, verb\u00e1ln\u00ed pam\u011bti, rozsahu pozornosti a schopnosti koncentrace, bd\u011blosti, iniciativy, socializace a sob\u011bsta\u010dnosti.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Studie #3 \u2013 dvojit\u011b zaslepen\u00e1 studie<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dvojit\u011b zaslepen\u00e1 studie (tj. ani subjekty, ani v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci nev\u011bd\u00ed, zda subjekty dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed&nbsp;fosfatidylserin&nbsp;nebo placebo) byla provedena na \u017een\u00e1ch i mu\u017e\u00edch star\u0161\u00edch 60 let s m\u00edrnou ztr\u00e1tou pam\u011bti a 300 mg&nbsp;fosfatidylserinu&nbsp;denn\u011b po dobu 90 dn\u016f.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci zjistili, \u017ee u skupiny, kter\u00e1 u\u017e\u00edvala&nbsp;fosfatidylserin, do\u0161lo k v\u00fdrazn\u00e9mu zlep\u0161en\u00ed kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9 pam\u011bti, okam\u017eit\u00e9 pam\u011bti, slovn\u00ed z\u00e1soby, vybavov\u00e1n\u00ed slov, pozornosti a bd\u011blosti. Naopak skupina s placebem nem\u011bla \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd p\u0159\u00ednos (14).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Studie \u010d. 4 &#8211; dvojit\u011b zaslepen\u00e1 studie zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 na z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fd pokles kognitivn\u00edch funkc\u00ed<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed dv\u011b dvojit\u011b zaslepen\u00e9 studie byly zam\u011b\u0159eny na osoby s t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed kognitivn\u00ed poruchou (14) a m\u00edrnou degenerativn\u00ed demenc\u00ed (15). V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci zjistili, \u017ee se u nich v\u00fdrazn\u011b zlep\u0161ila verb\u00e1ln\u00ed pam\u011b\u0165 a celkov\u00e9 kognitivn\u00ed funkce.
