V\u0161ichni konzumujeme&nbsp;fosfatidylserin&nbsp;ka\u017ed\u00fd den, ale bohu\u017eel v\u011bt\u0161ina z n\u00e1s ho m\u00e1 i tak nedostatek.&nbsp;Fosfatidylserin&nbsp;je k dispozici v mnoha potravin\u00e1ch, v\u010detn\u011b s\u00f3ji (kter\u00e1 je hlavn\u00edm zdrojem), b\u00edl\u00fdch fazol\u00ed, vaje\u010dn\u00fdch \u017eloutk\u016f, ku\u0159ec\u00edch jater a hov\u011bz\u00edch jater. Bohu\u017eel je pro na\u0161e t\u011blo obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 absorbovat dostate\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed ze zdroj\u016f stravy. V t\u011ble tvo\u0159\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 2\u201315 % na\u0161ich bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fdch membr\u00e1n, ale&nbsp;<strong>nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed koncentrace&nbsp;fosfatidylserinu&nbsp;se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed v mozku,<\/strong>&nbsp;kde je to obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 a kde tvo\u0159\u00ed 10\u201320 % z celkov\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed fosfolipid\u016f (1) .&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed jednotky mozku a nervov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu se naz\u00fdvaj\u00ed neurony (nervov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky). V\u00fdstupn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st neuronu se naz\u00fdv\u00e1 axon (nervov\u00e9 vl\u00e1kno); kdy\u017e chce neuron mluvit s jin\u00fdm neuronem, vy\u0161le elektrickou zpr\u00e1vu p\u0159es axon. Axony jsou pokryty vrstvou zvanou myelinov\u00e1 pochva. Toto myelinov\u00e9 pouzdro chr\u00e1n\u00ed a izoluje axon a umo\u017e\u0148uje, aby se elektrick\u00e9 sign\u00e1ly p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161ely rychle a efektivn\u011b mezi neurony.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Myelinov\u00e1 pochva je obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b bohat\u00e1 na&nbsp;fosfatidylserin.&nbsp;<\/strong>V posledn\u00ed dob\u011b bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee&nbsp;fosfatidylserin&nbsp;zlep\u0161uje funkci neuron\u016f a pom\u00e1h\u00e1 p\u0159i funk\u010dn\u00ed regeneraci a obnoven\u00ed norm\u00e1ln\u00ed funkce po\u0161kozen\u00fdch neuron\u016f (2).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fosfatidylserin&nbsp;v mozku&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ned\u00e1vn\u00fd objev kritick\u00e9 role&nbsp;<strong>fosfatidylserinu<\/strong>&nbsp;p\u0159i aktivaci d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9ho p\u0159enosu sign\u00e1lu a modulaci uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch neurotransmiter\u016f (acetylcholin,&nbsp;norepinefrin, serotonin a dopamin) a funkce receptor\u016f obnovil z\u00e1jem o&nbsp;fosfatidylserin&nbsp;ve vztahu k mozkov\u00e9 funkci (3-5).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zde je obr\u00e1zek zn\u00e1zor\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed&nbsp;fosfolipidovou&nbsp;dvojvrstvu bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fdch membr\u00e1n:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/eu.intelligentlabs.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-4.gif\" alt=\"Fosfatidylserin a jeho membr\u00e1na\" class=\"wp-image-252045\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Acetylcholin (Ach)<\/strong>&nbsp;je \u010dasto ozna\u010dov\u00e1n jako \u201einteligentn\u00ed\u201c neurotransmiter a je nezbytn\u00fd pro u\u010den\u00ed, pam\u011b\u0165 a zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed pozornosti&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm \u201echolinergn\u00edch\u201c p\u0159enos\u016f (acetylcholinov\u00e9&nbsp;synapsy). Je z acetyl-CoA&nbsp;a cholinu, a proto je cholin \u010dasto obsa\u017een v&nbsp;nootropn\u00edch&nbsp;z\u00e1sobn\u00edc\u00edch.&nbsp;<strong>Norepinefrin<\/strong>&nbsp;(aka&nbsp;noradrenalin) je spojov\u00e1n s du\u0161evn\u00ed energi\u00ed, soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00edm a bd\u011blost\u00ed.&nbsp;<strong>Dopamin<\/strong>&nbsp;je spojen s motivac\u00ed a koncentrac\u00ed.&nbsp;<strong>Serotonin<\/strong>&nbsp;je spojen s dobrou n\u00e1ladou a lep\u0161en\u00fdm sp\u00e1nkem, nedostatek serotoninu je siln\u011b spojen s depres\u00ed a \u0161patnou koncentrac\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jsou to pr\u00e1v\u011b tyto \u00fa\u010dinky neurotransmiter\u016f, d\u00edky nim\u017e si lid\u00e9 u\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed&nbsp;fosfatidylserin&nbsp;v\u0161imnou velmi jednozna\u010dn\u00e9ho rozd\u00edlu, kdy maj\u00ed pocit, \u017ee jejich mozky jsou ost\u0159ej\u0161\u00ed a jasn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Ob\u011b tyto oblasti spolupracuj\u00ed na regulaci uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed kortizolu, co\u017e je hlavn\u00ed stresov\u00fd hormon t\u011bla uvol\u0148ovan\u00fd z k\u016fry nadledvin. Kortizol pracuje na zp\u011btnovazebn\u00ed smy\u010dce, tak\u017ee kdy\u017e se uvoln\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed, hypothalamus a hipokampus to vyc\u00edt\u00ed a sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed CRH (hormon uvol\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed kortikotropin) uvol\u0148ovan\u00fd z hypotalamu, co\u017e zp\u016fsob\u00ed, \u017ee hypof\u00fdza produkuje m\u00e9n\u011b ACTH (adrenokortikotropn\u00ed hormon) kter\u00fd \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 nadledvin\u00e1m, aby produkovaly m\u00e9n\u011b kortizolu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e se v\u0161ak chronicky zvy\u0161uj\u00ed hladiny kortizolu, nap\u0159\u00edklad kdy\u017e jsme chronicky stresovan\u00ed, hypothalamus a hipokampus ztr\u00e1cej\u00ed citlivost na kortizol, tak\u017ee uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed CRH a ACTH nen\u00ed potla\u010deno, a tak nen\u00ed vypnuta produkce kortizolu v nadledvin\u00e1ch. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee skon\u010d\u00edme s chronicky vysokou hladinou kortizolu.&nbsp;<strong>Fosfatidylserin&nbsp;m\u016f\u017ee znovu senzibilizovat bu\u0148ky hypotalamu a hipokampu na kortizol,<\/strong>&nbsp;tak\u017ee znovu \u201esly\u0161\u00ed\u201c zp\u011btnou vazbu a sni\u017euje CRH a ACTH, co\u017e sni\u017euje produkci kortizolu (5,6,7).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hladina&nbsp;fosfatidylserinu&nbsp;v t\u011ble&nbsp;<strong>kles\u00e1 se st\u00e1rnut\u00edm<\/strong>&nbsp;a sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed&nbsp;fosfatidylserinu&nbsp;je spojeno s&nbsp;<strong>kognitivn\u00ed poruchou a patogenez\u00ed Alzheimerovy choroby<\/strong>&nbsp;(AD) (10, 11).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"538\" src=\"https:\/\/eu.intelligentlabs.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/image-02-4-1024x538.jpeg\" alt=\"Berte Fosfatidylserin  a u\u017e\u00edvejte si slunce\" class=\"wp-image-219388\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eu.intelligentlabs.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/image-02-4-1024x538.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/eu.intelligentlabs.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/image-02-4-300x158.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/eu.intelligentlabs.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/image-02-4-768x404.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/eu.intelligentlabs.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/image-02-4-600x316.jpeg 600w, https:\/\/eu.intelligentlabs.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/image-02-4.jpeg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u016fkazy v\u00fdzkumu pro \u00fa\u010dinky&nbsp;fosfatidylserinu&nbsp;jako&nbsp;nootropikum&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed studie z roku 2020<\/strong>&nbsp;zjistila, \u017ee&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/eu.intelligentlabs.org\/cs-cz\/obchod\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">dopl\u0148ky stravy<\/a>&nbsp;obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed&nbsp;fosfatidylserin&nbsp;<strong>v\u00fdznamn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161ily odolnost v\u016f\u010di oxida\u010dn\u00edmu stresu<\/strong>, sn\u00ed\u017eily reakci na&nbsp;st\u00e1rnut\u00ed&nbsp;a krom\u011b prodlou\u017een\u00ed d\u00e9lky \u017eivota&nbsp;<strong>mohly m\u00edt preventivn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek na nemoci souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s v\u011bkem (12).<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oxida\u010dn\u00ed stres hraje kl\u00ed\u010dovou roli ve v\u00fdvoji nemoc\u00ed souvisej\u00edc\u00edch s v\u011bkem, v\u010detn\u011b artritidy, cukrovky, demence, rakoviny, ateroskler\u00f3zy, vaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, obezity, osteopor\u00f3zy a metabolick\u00fdch syndrom\u016f, co\u017e bylo prok\u00e1z\u00e1no n\u011bkolika studiemi (13,14).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed ned\u00e1vn\u00e1 studie hodnot\u00edc\u00ed&nbsp;fosfatidylserin&nbsp;a jeho \u00falohy a d\u016fle\u017eitost zjistila, \u017ee&nbsp;<strong>suplementace (300-800 mg denn\u011b) bezpe\u010dn\u011b zpomaluje nebo zvrac\u00ed zm\u011bny a zhor\u0161en\u00ed nervov\u00fdch bun\u011bk a podporuje kognitivn\u00ed funkce<\/strong>. To zahrnuje formov\u00e1n\u00ed kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9 pam\u011bti, konsolidaci dlouhodob\u00e9 pam\u011bti, schopnost vytv\u00e1\u0159et nov\u00e9 vzpom\u00ednky, schopnost z\u00edsk\u00e1vat vzpom\u00ednky, schopnost u\u010dit se a vybavovat si informace, schopnost soust\u0159edit pozornost a soust\u0159edit se, schopnost uva\u017eovat a \u0159e\u0161it probl\u00e9my, jazykov\u00e9 dovednosti a schopnost komunikovat. Podporuje tak\u00e9 pohybov\u00e9 funkce, zejm\u00e9na rychl\u00e9 reakce a reflexy (15).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Studie z roku 2011 testovala 18 mu\u017e\u016f ve vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00e9m v\u011bku po 14 dnech brali&nbsp;fosfatidylserin&nbsp;v d\u00e1vce 400 mg na s\u00e9riov\u00e9m ode\u010d\u00edtac\u00edm testu (tj. Od 100 do 7, 6 nebo 3 atd.).
