LDL znamen\u00e1 lipoprotein s n\u00edzkou hustotou nebo \u201e\u0161patn\u00fd\u201c cholesterol. P\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho LDL m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k hromad\u011bn\u00ed plaku v tepn\u00e1ch, co\u017e, jak si asi dok\u00e1\u017eete p\u0159edstavit, pro v\u00e1s znamen\u00e1 \u0161patnou zpr\u00e1vu. Zablokovan\u00e1 tepna m\u016f\u017ee rychle v\u00e9st k infarktu nebo mrtvici.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I kdy\u017e inositol nem\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinek na HDL (lipoprotein s vysokou hustotou) nebo na \u201edobr\u00fd\u201c cholesterol, p\u0159esto ovliv\u0148oval hladinu celkov\u00e9ho cholesterolu. Po 6 m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch vykazovali pacienti ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed hladiny DHEAS v krvi (DHEAS je hormon produkuj\u00edc\u00ed testosteron).&nbsp;<strong>Pacienti tak\u00e9 vykazovali zlep\u0161en\u00e9 ko\u017en\u00ed podm\u00ednky.<\/strong>&nbsp;V\u011bdci dosp\u011bli k z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee inositol lze pou\u017e\u00edt k l\u00e9\u010db\u011b akn\u00e9, zejm\u00e9na u t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed nemohou dost\u00e1vat estrogen-progestinovou terapii (11).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>11) Inositol m\u016f\u017ee pomoci zm\u00edrnit depresi\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Je norm\u00e1ln\u00ed se jednou za \u010das c\u00edtit dole. Skupina s inositolem tak\u00e9 zaznamenala m\u00e9n\u011b p\u0159\u00edhod nevolnosti a \u00fanavy, co\u017e jsou dva \u010dast\u00e9 ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky&nbsp;fluvoxaminu&nbsp;(13).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podobn\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky uv\u00e1d\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed studie, kde bylo pacient\u016fm pod\u00e1v\u00e1no 12 g inositolu denn\u011b. Tak\u017ee za\u017eili m\u00e9n\u011b p\u0159\u00edhod z\u00e1chvatu paniky s minim\u00e1ln\u00edmi vedlej\u0161\u00edmi \u00fa\u010dinky.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>13)\u00a0Myo\u00a0inositol je slibnou l\u00e9\u010dbou pro osoby s bipol\u00e1rn\u00ed poruchou<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u011bkolik studi\u00ed inositolu ukazuje slibn\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky pro bipol\u00e1rn\u00ed poruchu (BPD). Lithium bylo vysazeno a nahrazeno 3 g inositolem denn\u011b. O 4 roky pozd\u011bji je pacientka st\u00e1le na&nbsp;inositolu \u2013 jej\u00ed&nbsp;BPD i psori\u00e1za jsou pod kontrolou (16).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>15) Zabra\u0148uje gesta\u010dn\u00ed cukrovce<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u011bhotenstv\u00ed je t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 samo o sob\u011b.
