Studie&nbsp;Leung&nbsp;(2) zjistila, \u017ee 42 % z n\u00e1s m\u00e1 v tomto genu jednu mutaci a 24 % lid\u00ed m\u00e1 dvojitou mutaci.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pokud nedok\u00e1\u017eete p\u0159ev\u00e9st beta karoten na Vitam\u00edn A, tak m\u00e1te probl\u00e9m.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro lidi s jednoduchou nebo dvojitou mutac\u00ed genu BCM01 je v\u00fdroba Vitaminu A z pouh\u00e9ho beta karotenu obt\u00ed\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Ve studii lid\u00e9 s jednou mutac\u00ed produkovali o 32 % m\u00e9n\u011b Vitaminu A z beta karotenu, zat\u00edmco lid\u00e9 s dvojitou mutac\u00ed produkovali o 69 % m\u00e9n\u011b Vitaminu A. To m\u016f\u017ee snadno zp\u016fsobit probl\u00e9my t\u011blu, kdy\u017e vezmete v \u00favahu v\u0161echny v\u011bci, kter\u00e9 je Vitamin A nezbytn\u00fd pro.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nap\u0159\u00edklad krom\u011b vid\u011bn\u00ed umo\u017e\u0148uje vitamin A expresi gen\u016f (zn\u00e1mou jako transkripce gen\u016f), co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee na\u0161e geny jsou p\u0159\u00edstupn\u00e9, tak\u017ee jsou schopny k\u00f3dovat r\u016fzn\u00e9 proteiny, kter\u00e9 t\u011blo pot\u0159ebuje k produkci.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je to tak\u00e9 d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro bun\u011b\u010dnou diferenciaci, co\u017e v podstat\u011b znamen\u00e1 bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 d\u011blen\u00ed, tak\u017ee pot\u0159ebujeme, aby na\u0161e bu\u0148ky z\u016fstaly zdrav\u00e9 poka\u017ed\u00e9, kdy\u017e se d\u011bl\u00ed z jedn\u00e9 bu\u0148ky na 2 bu\u0148ky.
