N. L.), ale to nebylo a\u017e do roku 1815, kdy harvard\u0161t\u00ed v\u011bdci Vogel a&nbsp;Pelletier&nbsp;(1) izolovali \u201e\u017elut\u00e9 barvivo\u201c z oddenk\u016f kurkumy. Duo pojmenovalo l\u00e1tku \u201ekurkumin\u201c pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b z v\u011bdeck\u00e9ho n\u00e1zvu kurkumy,&nbsp;<em>Curcuma&nbsp;longa<\/em>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Jak\u00fd je rozd\u00edl mezi&nbsp;kurkuminem&nbsp;a&nbsp;kurkuminoidy?&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kurkumin&nbsp;je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed rodiny aktivn\u00edch slou\u010denin zvan\u00fdch&nbsp;<strong>kurkuminoidy<\/strong>. Krom\u011b&nbsp;kurkuminu&nbsp;zahrnuj\u00ed&nbsp;kurkuminoidy&nbsp;demethoxycurcumin&nbsp;a&nbsp;bisdemethoxycurcumin.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kurkuma oddenek m\u00e1 p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b&nbsp;<strong>2,5 a\u017e 6 % obsahu&nbsp;kurkuminoid\u016f<\/strong>, z nich\u017e 77 % je&nbsp;kurkumin, 17 % je&nbsp;demethoxycurcumin&nbsp;a 3 % je&nbsp;bisdemethoxycurcumin&nbsp;(2).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kurkuma m\u00e1 v sob\u011b v\u00edce ne\u017e 100 slo\u017eek (1), ale v\u00edte, jak\u00e1 je aktivn\u00ed slo\u017eka, kter\u00e1 j\u00ed vlastn\u011b d\u00e1v\u00e1 tu p\u011bknou zlato\u017elutou barvu a jej\u00ed l\u00e9\u010div\u00e9 vlastnosti?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud jste uhodli&nbsp;kurkumin, m\u00e1te pravdu!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podle studie zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00e9 v \u010dasopise&nbsp;Nutrition&nbsp;and&nbsp;Cancer&nbsp;Journal&nbsp;m\u00e1&nbsp;<strong>kurkumin&nbsp;v pr\u016fm\u011bru pouh\u00fdch 3,14% \u010dist\u00e9 hmotnosti pr\u00e1\u0161ku kurkumy<\/strong>. Kv\u016fli tomuto zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed antioxida\u010dn\u00ed aktivity do\u0161lo k odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00edmu sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed aktivity voln\u00fdch radik\u00e1l\u016f sn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm peroxid\u016f lipid\u016f v s\u00e9ru (13).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Studie z roku 2011 porovn\u00e1vala antioxida\u010dn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky 2 d\u00e1vek&nbsp;kurkuminu.
