Mohlo by to b\u00fdt d\u00edky jejich genetick\u00e9mu slo\u017een\u00ed a slo\u017een\u00ed&nbsp;jejich st\u0159evn\u00ed bakterie.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dobr\u00e9 a \u0161patn\u00e9 bakterie&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u0161e st\u0159eva jsou domovem ohromn\u00fdch 100 bilion\u016f bakteri\u00ed, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m pom\u00e1haj\u00ed m\u00edt udr\u017eovat zdrav\u00e9 tr\u00e1ven\u00ed a rozkl\u00e1dat vl\u00e1kninu v na\u0161em j\u00eddle. Spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 rovnov\u00e1ha mezi dobr\u00fdmi a \u0161patn\u00fdmi bakteriemi je \u017eivotn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 pro na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed a pohodu. V\u011bdci nyn\u00ed zji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed, \u017ee tyto mikroby mohou ovlivnit n\u00e1\u0161 hlad, kontrolovat n\u00e1\u0161 metabolismus a ovlivnit na\u0161i citlivost na inzul\u00edn. Jin\u00fdmi slovy, nespr\u00e1vn\u00e1 bakteri\u00e1ln\u00ed&nbsp;rovnov\u00e1ha&nbsp;n\u00e1s m\u016f\u017ee d\u011blat tlust\u0161\u00edmi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u0161e st\u0159eva obsahuj\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e 400 kmen\u016f bakteri\u00ed a sm\u011bs r\u016fzn\u00fdch odr\u016fd ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka je velmi r\u016fznorod\u00e1. To nazna\u010duje, \u017ee&nbsp;mikrobiota&nbsp;je sp\u00ed\u0161e&nbsp;sp\u00ed\u0161e&nbsp;ovlivn\u011bn\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edrodou ne\u017e v\u00fdchovou. V\u011bdci identifikovali ur\u010ditou rodinu bakteri\u00ed, kter\u00e9 byly vysoce d\u011bdi\u010dn\u00e1 a jejich v\u00fdskyt byl mnohem pravd\u011bpodobn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed u huben\u00fdch lid\u00ed. Pokud existuje v\u00fdznamn\u00fd rozd\u00edl v hmotnosti dvoj\u010dat, tak byli v\u011bdci schopni odhadnout, kter\u00e9 z nich m\u00e1 nadv\u00e1hu, jednodu\u0161e t\u00edm, \u017ee se pod\u00edvali na jejich st\u0159evn\u00ed bakterie.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Huben\u00e1 bakterie&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tak\u017ee co je to \u201ehuben\u00e1 bakterie\u201c a kde mohu n\u011bjak\u00e9 z\u00edskat? Sly\u0161\u00edm va\u0161e prosby! Jsou chyt\u0159e pojmenovan\u00e9&nbsp;Christensenellaceae&nbsp;a pokud jich m\u00e1te hodn\u011b ve st\u0159evech, tak je pravd\u011bpodobnost, \u017ee jste \u0161t\u00edhl\u00ed, pokud m\u00e1te nedostatek tohoto typu st\u0159evn\u00ed bakterie, tak je pravd\u011bpodobnost, \u017ee budete ob\u00e9zn\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve studi\u00edch, kdy byly vzorky obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed huben\u00e9 bakterie transplantov\u00e1ny do st\u0159ev my\u0161\u00ed, chr\u00e1n\u011bny p\u0159ed p\u0159\u00edr\u016fstkem hmotnosti.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u011bdci uvedli&#8230;&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eNa\u0161e zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee ur\u010dit\u00e9 skupiny mikrob\u016f \u017eij\u00edc\u00edch v na\u0161em st\u0159ev\u011b by mohly chr\u00e1nit p\u0159ed obezitou \u2014 a \u017ee jejich hojnost je ovlivn\u011bna na\u0161imi geny. Bez H&nbsp;Pylori&nbsp;se zd\u00e1 b\u00fdt \u00farove\u0148 hormonu hladu vysok\u00e1, a to i po adekv\u00e1tn\u00edm j\u00eddle, tak\u017ee budete nad\u00e1le j\u00edst (3).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00da\u017easn\u00e9 bakterie&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aktivita, strava a antibiotika mohou m\u00edt vliv na va\u0161e st\u0159evn\u00ed bakterie. Nemus\u00edte m\u00edt ani p\u0159edepsan\u00e1 antibiotika, abyste trp\u011bli na jejich \u00fa\u010dinky. Potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd pr\u016fmysl spol\u00e9h\u00e1 na l\u00e9ky, d\u00edky kter\u00fdm jsou hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 zv\u00ed\u0159ata zdrav\u00e1 a neinfek\u010dn\u00ed. My\u0161i, kter\u00e9 byli na diet\u011b s vysok\u00fdm obsahem tuku p\u0159ibraly na v\u00e1ze, my\u0161i, kter\u00e9 dostaly antibiotika tak\u00e9 p\u0159ibrala, ale my\u0161i, kter\u00e9 dostali jak antibiotika, tak tuto dietu, opravdu p\u0159ibrala na v\u00e1ze. A kdy\u017e zkoum\u00e1me historii epidemie obezity, koreluje to s roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00edm intenzivn\u00edho zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed a pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm antibiotik v krmivech zv\u00ed\u0159at.
