V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku si probereme v\u00fdhody, kter\u00e9 p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed dopl\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed ryb\u00edho tuku na \u00fabytek tuku.\n\nNicm\u00e9n\u011b, stejn\u011b jako sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed tuku v krvi, omega-3 se tak\u00e9 zd\u00e1 b\u00fdt velmi efektivn\u00ed p\u0159i pomoci \u00fabytku tuku na t\u011ble stejn\u011b.\n\nStudie na vliv omega-3 na hubnut\u00ed byly zpo\u010d\u00e1tku prov\u00e1d\u011bny na zv\u00ed\u0159atech v 80 a 90 letech a uk\u00e1zali, \u017ee suplementace ryb\u00edho oleje m\u016f\u017ee sn\u00ed\u017eit hmotnost a zp\u016fsobit \u00fabytek tuku v oblasti sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed procent t\u011blesn\u00e9ho tuku, sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed t\u011blesn\u00e9 hmotnosti a sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed velikosti a po\u010dtu tukov\u00fdch bun\u011bk <sup>[3-12]<\/sup>.\n\nZaj\u00edmav\u00e9 je, \u017ee v experimentech se nezd\u00e1lo, \u017ee by z\u00e1le\u017eelo na tom, zda byly kalorie sn\u00ed\u017eeny, udr\u017eov\u00e1ny na stejn\u00e9 \u00farovni, nebo dokonce zv\u00fd\u0161eny, <strong>jednoduch\u00e9 p\u0159id\u00e1n\u00ed ryb\u00edho tuku do stravy vedlo ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed t\u011blesn\u00e9ho tuku a hmotnosti!<\/strong>\n\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-226042\" src=\"https:\/\/eu.intelligentlabs.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/visolie-voor-gewichtsverlies-02.jpg\" alt=\"p\u0159id\u00e1n\u00ed ryb\u00edho oleje do stravy m\u016f\u017ee pomoci sn\u00ed\u017eit nadv\u00e1hu\" width=\"1200\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eu.intelligentlabs.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/visolie-voor-gewichtsverlies-02.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/eu.intelligentlabs.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/visolie-voor-gewichtsverlies-02-300x150.jpg 300w, https:\/\/eu.intelligentlabs.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/visolie-voor-gewichtsverlies-02-1024x512.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/eu.intelligentlabs.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/visolie-voor-gewichtsverlies-02-768x384.jpg 768w, https:\/\/eu.intelligentlabs.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/visolie-voor-gewichtsverlies-02-600x300.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/>\n<h2><strong>Dob\u0159e, ale to jsou zv\u00ed\u0159ata, a co lid\u00e9?<\/strong><\/h2>\nPo v\u00fdsledc\u00edch studi\u00ed na zv\u00ed\u0159atech v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci cht\u011bli zjistit, zda-li by v\u00fdsledky \u00fabytku hmotnosti ryb\u00edho tuku mohly b\u00fdt replikov\u00e1ny u lid\u00ed.\n\nStudie zkoumaly <strong>vliv dopl\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed ryb\u00edho oleje<\/strong> v n\u011bkolika r\u016fzn\u00fdch sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159\u00edch:\n<ul>\n \t<li>\u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 zm\u011bna v \u017eivotn\u00edm stylu \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f, krom\u011b p\u0159id\u00e1n\u00ed dopl\u0148ku ryb\u00edho tuku<\/li>\n \t<li>p\u0159id\u00e1n\u00ed ryb\u00edho tuku a cvi\u010debn\u00ed program<\/li>\n \t<li>p\u0159id\u00e1n\u00ed ryb\u00edho tuku a sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjmu kalori\u00ed<\/li>\n \t<li>a p\u0159id\u00e1n\u00ed ryb\u00edho tuku plus cvi\u010debn\u00ed program a sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed kalori\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nN\u011bkolik studi\u00ed prok\u00e1zalo, \u017ee samotn\u00e1 suplementace ryb\u00edho tuku bez jin\u00fdch zm\u011bn stravy, \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu nebo cvi\u010den\u00ed <strong>zvy\u0161uje p\u00e1len\u00ed tuku a sni\u017euje procento t\u011blesn\u00e9ho tuku<\/strong>.\n<ol>\n \t<li>\n<h3><strong> studie o ryb\u00edm tuku a hubnut\u00ed &#8211; mlad\u00ed mu\u017ei<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\nPrvn\u00ed studie se zam\u011b\u0159ila na <strong>zdrav\u00e9 mlad\u00e9 mu\u017ee, kte\u0159\u00ed denn\u011b dopl\u0148ovali 6 g ryb\u00edho tuku<\/strong> (i kdy\u017e to bylo 6 g ryb\u00edho tuku, ve skute\u010dnosti obsahovalo pouze 1100 mg EPA a 700 mg DHA) <sup>[13]<\/sup>. Tak\u00e9 se objevil n\u00e1r\u016fst spalov\u00e1n\u00ed tuku, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e \u017eeny ztratili v pr\u016fm\u011bru 3,6 lbs (1,6 kg) b\u011bhem 2 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f. V\u00fdzkumn\u00ed pracovn\u00edci rovn\u011b\u017e zjistili, \u017ee do\u0161lo ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed triglycerid\u016f a ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed HDL (tak\u00e9 zn\u00e1m jako &#8220;dobr\u00fd cholesterol&#8221;) <sup>[15]<\/sup>.\n<ol start=\"3\">\n \t<li>\n<h3><strong> studie o ryb\u00edm tuku a \u00fabytku hmotnosti-\u00fa\u010dinek Omega-3 na svalovou hmotu<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\nT\u0159et\u00ed studie zkoumala <strong>\u00fa\u010dinky omega-3 ryb\u00edho tuku na svalovou hmotu<\/strong> (zisk, \u010di ztr\u00e1ta svalov\u00e9 hmoty), zjistili, \u017ee kdy\u017e \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci nezm\u011bnili jejich stravu nebo \u017eivotn\u00ed styl jin\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem. Tak dopl\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed ryb\u00edho oleje v pr\u016fb\u011bhu 6 t\u00fddn\u016f vedlo k 0,5 kg (1.1 lb) sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed t\u011blesn\u00e9ho tuku a 0,5 kg (1.1 lb) n\u00e1r\u016fstu svalov\u00e9 hmoty bez celkov\u00e9 zm\u011bny v t\u011blesn\u00e9 hmotnosti.&nbsp;<sup>[20]<\/sup>. Nen\u00ed nic zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00edho, ne\u017e ztr\u00e1ta tuku a z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed sval\u016f!\n<h2><strong>Ryb\u00ed tuk, cvi\u010den\u00ed a tradi\u010dn\u00ed dieta<\/strong><\/h2>\nA\u010dkoli v\u0161ak tyto 3 studie uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee ryb\u00ed tuk m\u016f\u017ee s\u00e1m o sob\u011b zp\u016fsobit \u00fabytek tuku, v\u017edy doporu\u010dujeme, aby dopl\u0148ky byly sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed celkov\u00e9ho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed pro zlep\u0161en\u00ed zdrav\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu a zm\u011bn stravy, co\u017e v\u017edy povede k nejlep\u0161\u00edm mo\u017en\u00fdm v\u00fdsledk\u016fm.\n\nNap\u0159\u00edklad, jedna studie zjistila, \u017ee suplementace ryb\u00edm olejem (2,400 mg EPA a 1600 mg DHA) po dobu 3 t\u00fddn\u016f, v\u00fdrazn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161ila schopnost t\u011bla pou\u017e\u00edt a spalovat tuk na energii, kdy\u017e funguje p\u0159i 60% VO2 max. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee dopl\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed ryb\u00edho tuku omega-3 m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159i v\u00fdkonu u\u010dinit lidi \u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi na spalov\u00e1n\u00ed tuku <sup>[2]<\/sup>.\n\nDal\u0161\u00ed studie na ob\u00e9zn\u00edch mu\u017e\u00edch a \u017een\u00e1ch, kte\u0159\u00ed dopl\u0148ovali 6 g ryb\u00edho oleje denn\u011b (360 mg EPA a 1,560 mg DHA), po dobu 12 t\u00fddn\u016f s lehkou z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e\u00ed (75% maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed srde\u010dn\u00ed frekvence aerobn\u00ed cvi\u010den\u00ed), zjistili, \u017ee ryb\u00ed olej a cvi\u010den\u00ed m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledek v\u00fdznamnou ztr\u00e1tu t\u011blesn\u00e9ho tuku (4.4 lb, 2 kg), stejn\u011b jako zlep\u0161en\u00ed srde\u010dn\u00ed choroby rizikov\u00e9 faktory, a sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed triglycerid\u016f a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed HDL v\u00edce ne\u017e jen cvi\u010den\u00ed samo <sup>[17]<\/sup>.\n\nDal\u0161\u00ed studii na 324 mu\u017e\u016f a \u017een ve v\u011bku od 20 \u2013 40, zjistila, \u017ee kdy\u017e se sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem kalori\u00ed o 30 %, v pr\u016fm\u011bru o 600 kalori\u00ed za den, ti, kte\u0159\u00ed dopl\u0148ovali ryb\u00ed olej zhubli v pr\u016fm\u011bru o 1kg (2.2 lbs) v\u00edce cca za 4 t\u00fddny, ne\u017e ti, kte\u0159\u00ed jen sn\u00ed\u017eili kalorie <sup>[18]<\/sup>.\n\nStudie proveden\u00e1 na t\u011b\u017ece ob\u00e9zn\u00edch \u017een\u00e1ch tak\u00e9 zjistila, \u017ee <strong>cvi\u010den\u00ed a ryb\u00ed tuk vy\u00fastily v zhubnut\u00ed o 1,5 kg (3,3 libry)<\/strong> v\u00edce ne\u017e u t\u011bch, kter\u00e9 dopl\u0148ovali ryb\u00ed olej ne\u017e ti, kte\u0159\u00ed ne. V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci tak\u00e9 nalezli vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hladinu beta-hydroxybutyr\u00e1tu v krvi ve skupin\u011b, kter\u00e1 dopl\u0148ovala ryb\u00ed olej. Dlouho jsme si mysleli, \u017ee na\u0161e geny jsou vytes\u00e1ny do kamene a nelze je zm\u011bnit, a i kdy\u017e se n\u00e1\u0161 DNA k\u00f3d s\u00e1m nezm\u011bn\u00ed, te\u010f v\u00edme, \u017ee se na\u0161e geny zm\u011bnit mohou a tak\u00e9 m\u011bn\u00ed Jin\u00fdmi slovy, na\u0161e bu\u0148ky mohou n\u011bkter\u00e9 geny &#8220;zapnout&#8221; nebo &#8220;vypnout&#8221; v z\u00e1vislosti na prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kter\u00e9mu jsou vystaveny <sup>[21]<\/sup>. Nov\u00fd v\u011bdeck\u00e1 obor, kter\u00fd studuje tuto v\u011bdu, je zn\u00e1m\u00fd jako epigenetika a p\u0159inese obrovsk\u00fd v\u00fdvoj do budoucna a na\u0161eho ch\u00e1p\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bl, a jak p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161l\u00edme o zdrav\u00ed.\n\nRegulac\u00ed a regulac\u00ed gen\u016f dol\u016f p\u016fsob\u00ed omega-3 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny jako rozd\u011blova\u010de paliva, kter\u00e9 <strong>z\u00e1sadn\u00edm zp\u016fsobem m\u011bn\u00ed p\u016fsoben\u00ed enzym\u016f<\/strong>, aby vytvo\u0159ily m\u00e9n\u011b tuku a spalovaly v\u00edce tuku. Nasm\u011bruj\u00ed gluk\u00f3zu k ukl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed glykogenu (tak se st\u00e1v\u00e1 snadno dostupn\u00fdm zdrojem energie) a nasm\u011bruj\u00ed mastn\u00e9 kyseliny od toho, aby se prom\u011b\u0148ovaly v triglyceridy a sm\u011brem k oxidaci. Jin\u00fdmi slovy, d\u011blaj\u00ed z n\u00e1s efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed spalova\u010de tuk\u016f. Rovn\u011b\u017e zvy\u0161uj\u00ed termogenezi, co\u017e je zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed produkce tepla v t\u011ble, co\u017e m\u00e1 tak\u00e9 za n\u00e1sledek spalov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00edce kalori\u00ed, kter\u00e9 j\u00edme, <sup>[3]<\/sup> <sup>[21]<\/sup> <sup>[30]<\/sup>.\n\nDal\u0161\u00edm zp\u016fsobem, jak Omega-3 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny pracuj\u00ed na sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed skladov\u00e1n\u00ed tuku je zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00edm hladiny hormonu adiponektinu v krvi <sup>[31-33]<\/sup>. Adiponektin zvy\u0161uje citlivost k inzul\u00ednu, sni\u017euje hladinu cukru v krvi a triglycerid\u016f, je protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fd a stimuluje oxidaci mastn\u00fdch kyselin <sup>[34]<\/sup>. Obecn\u011b vzato, vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hladina adiponektinu &#8211; m\u00e9n\u011b t\u011blesn\u00e9ho tuku \u010dlov\u011bk m\u00e1. Omega-3 rovn\u011b\u017e sni\u017euje hladinu kortizolu <sup>[35]<\/sup> <sup>[36]<\/sup>. zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 hladiny kortizolu zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed stres a mohou zp\u016fsobit obezitu a nadm\u011brn\u00e9 skladov\u00e1n\u00ed tuku <sup>[36]<\/sup> <sup>[38]<\/sup>.\n<h2><strong>Z\u00e1v\u011br: pot\u0159ebujete ryb\u00ed tuk pro \u00fabytek tuku?<\/strong><\/h2>\nOmega-3 m\u016f\u017ee a m\u011bl by b\u00fdt sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed jak\u00e9hokoli programu pro hubnut\u00ed, \u010di \u00fabytku tuku, stejn\u011b jako pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho, kdo chce zachovat maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed zdrav\u00ed. N\u011bkter\u00e9 studie prok\u00e1zaly, \u017ee m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt vlastnosti spalov\u00e1n\u00ed tuku nez\u00e1visle na jak\u00fdchkoli zm\u011bn\u00e1ch stravy nebo \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu. Mus\u00edme v\u0161ak b\u00fdt realisti\u010dt\u00ed, kdykoli chceme prov\u00e9st zm\u011bny, mus\u00edme zaujmout holistick\u00fd n\u00e1zor, tj. zam\u011b\u0159it se na v\u0161e, co souvis\u00ed s p\u0159\u00edr\u016fstkem hmotnosti, sp\u00ed\u0161e ne\u017e o\u010dek\u00e1vat, \u017ee &#8220;kouzeln\u00e1 pilulka&#8221; v\u0161echno zlep\u0161\u00ed.
