(7)\n\n<strong>A co zdrav\u00ed dosp\u011bl\u00ed bez kognitivn\u00ed poruchy?<\/strong>\n\n18 mu\u017e\u016f ve v\u011bku 18 a\u017e 29 let vstoupili do studie v roce 2011 za t\u00edmto \u00fa\u010delem. Byla to k\u0159\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 studie, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd z nich u\u017e\u00edval fosfatidylserin v jedn\u00e9 studii a placebo v druh\u00e9. Denn\u011b u\u017e\u00edvali 400 mg s\u00f3jov\u00e9 formy v proteinov\u00e9 ty\u010dince po dobu 14 dn\u016f. Placebo bylo proteinovou ty\u010dinkou bez fosfatidylserinu. (8)\n\nPo 14 dnech provedli tr\u00e9nink na sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed t\u011blesn\u00e9 odolnosti. Byly testov\u00e1ny na zm\u011bny n\u00e1lady a kognitivn\u00ed schopnosti (Test s\u00e9riov\u00e9 ode\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed), a jejich krev byla testov\u00e1na na zm\u011bny v kortizolu a testosteronu. Testov\u00e1ni byly t\u011bsn\u011b p\u0159ed cvi\u010den\u00edm, p\u00e1r minut po a hodinu po n\u011bm.\n\n14 dn\u016f u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed fosfatidylserinu sn\u00ed\u017eilo chyby v testu s\u00e9riov\u00e9 ode\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed (SST) o 39% a \u010das pot\u0159ebn\u00fd k proveden\u00ed v\u00fdpo\u010dt\u016f o 20%. V tomto typu testu obvykle za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1te \u010d\u00edslem jako 100 a odpo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1v\u00e1te opakovan\u00fdm ode\u010dten\u00edm dal\u0161\u00edho \u010d\u00edsla jako 7. nap\u0159. 100, 93, 86, 79, 72, atd.\n\nN\u00e1lada mezi fosfatidylserinem a placebem se nezm\u011bnila. Ani v\u00fdsledky krve.\n\nTento test pokr\u00fdv\u00e1 pouze ur\u010dit\u00e9 funkce pam\u011bti a koncentrace. V\u011bdci mohou spekulovat pouze o dal\u0161\u00edch kognitivn\u00edch zlep\u0161en\u00edch mlad\u00fdch a zdrav\u00fdch lid\u00ed, kdy\u017e se pod\u00edvaj\u00ed na studie star\u0161\u00edch lid\u00ed s probl\u00e9my s pam\u011bt\u00ed. D\u00e1vka fosfatidylserinu byla na b\u00e1zi s\u00f3ji byla 200 mg denn\u011b. (9)\n<h3><strong>Ulev\u00ed nespavosti a sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm kortizolu<\/strong><\/h3>\n<strong>Fosfatidylserin sni\u017euje kortizol<\/strong>, v\u00fdznamn\u00fd stresov\u00fd hormon, tvo\u0159\u00edc\u00edho se b\u011bhem fyzick\u00e9ho a du\u0161evn\u00edho stresu. Modern\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00ed styl v rozvinut\u00fdch zem\u00edch obvykle vede k&nbsp;velk\u00e9 produkci kortizolu a stresu, co\u017e p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k nespavosti.\n\nStudie z roku 2004 zkoumala 80 zdrav\u00fdch dosp\u011bl\u00fdch, kte\u0159\u00ed brali r\u016fzn\u00e9 d\u00e1vky komplexn\u00edho fosfatidelserinu z rostlinn\u00fdch zdroj\u016f, po dobu t\u0159\u00ed t\u00fddn\u016f. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed brali placebo. Po t\u0159ech t\u00fddnech byli podrobeni z\u00e1t\u011b\u017eov\u00fdm test\u016fm. T\u011bm, kte\u0159\u00ed brali 400mg denn\u011b se sn\u00ed\u017eila \u00farove\u0148 kortizolu a ACTH v krvi a m\u011bli ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed hladinu kortizolu ve slin\u00e1ch, oproti t\u011bm, kte\u0159\u00ed brali placebo. ACTH reguluje kortizol a tak\u00e9 ho spou\u0161t\u00ed. Tak\u00e9 byli m\u00e9n\u011b skl\u00ed\u010deni ze z\u00e1t\u011b\u017eov\u00fdch test\u016f a obecn\u011b byli v lep\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1lad\u011b.&nbsp; Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed d\u00e1vky 600 mg a 800 mg tyto v\u00fdhody neposkytly.
