Probl\u00e9m tohoto nedostatku je zp\u016fsoben t\u00edm, \u017ee mno\u017estv\u00ed ho\u0159\u010d\u00edku v na\u0161\u00ed strav\u011b je v dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b v\u00fdrazn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed oproti mno\u017estv\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsme m\u011bli po v\u011bt\u0161inu na\u0161\u00ed lidsk\u00e9 evoluce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Byl nap\u0159\u00edklad odebr\u00e1n z pitn\u00e9 vody i ze soli. Tak\u00e9 \u00fasil\u00ed o zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed v\u00fdnos\u016f plodin v posledn\u00edch letech znamenalo, \u017ee ovoce a zelenina nyn\u00ed rostou mnohem rychleji, \u010d\u00edm\u017e maj\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b \u010dasu na vst\u0159eb\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed vitam\u00edn\u016f a miner\u00e1l\u016f z p\u016fdy, tud\u00ed\u017e obsahuj\u00ed mnohem ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed hladinu ho\u0159\u010d\u00edku ne\u017e p\u0159ed pouh\u00fdmi 30 nebo 40 lety (3).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Svou roli hraje tak\u00e9 n\u00e1\u0161 modern\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00ed styl. P\u0159esouv\u00e1me se z kvalitn\u00edch potravin na zpracovan\u00e1 j\u00eddla zbaven\u00e1 jak\u00e9koli v\u00fd\u017eivy, a tak\u00e9 stres modern\u00edho sv\u011bta vy\u010derp\u00e1v\u00e1 z na\u0161ich t\u011bl v\u00edce a v\u00edce ho\u0159\u010d\u00edku. To je d\u016fvod, pro\u010d se p\u0159\u00edznaky nedostatku ho\u0159\u010d\u00edku st\u00e1vaj\u00ed tak b\u011b\u017en\u00fdmi, a pro\u010d mnoz\u00ed z n\u00e1s sahaj\u00ed po dopl\u0148c\u00edch stravy s magn\u00e9ziem. Ho\u0159\u010d\u00edk je \u017eivotn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd pro zdrav\u00e9 srdce a n\u00edzk\u00fd krevn\u00ed tlak<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Magn\u00e9zium je pro na\u0161e srdce nesm\u00edrn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9. Dal\u0161\u00ed zaj\u00edmavost\u00ed je, \u017ee z cel\u00e9ho na\u0161eho t\u011bla je nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hladina ho\u0159\u010d\u00edku pr\u00e1v\u011b v na\u0161em srdci. Existuje tak\u00e9 n\u011bkolik studi\u00ed, kter\u00e9 ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee ho\u0159\u010d\u00edk m\u016f\u017ee sn\u00ed\u017eit krevn\u00ed tlak u pacient\u016f s vysok\u00fdm krevn\u00edm tlakem (7,8,9).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Ho\u0159\u010d\u00edk V\u00e1m pom\u016f\u017ee usnout<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ho\u0159\u010d\u00edk je p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed relaxant. Mnoho lid\u00ed v\u0161ak i p\u0159es to v\u00e1pn\u00edk dopl\u0148uje, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt za n\u00e1sledek bolesti sval\u016f, k\u0159e\u010de a slabost.
