Jedn\u00e1 se o p\u0159irozen\u011b se vyskytuj\u00edc\u00ed a ve vod\u011b rozpustn\u00e9 formy vitaminu B9. (1)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V obecn\u00e9 mluv\u011b lze pou\u017e\u00edt jak jednotn\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo \u201cfol\u00e1t\u201d, tak mno\u017en\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo \u201cfol\u00e1ty\u201d .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mezi potraviny bohat\u00e9 na fol\u00e1ty pat\u0159\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad kapusta, brokolice, citrusov\u00e9 plody, ch\u0159est, ban\u00e1ny, fazole nebo t\u0159eba j\u00e1tra. (1)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fazole a j\u00e1tra jsou zdrojem mnohem p\u0159irozen\u011bj\u0161\u00ed formy fol\u00e1tu ne\u017e ostatn\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9 potraviny.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud m\u00e1 n\u011bkdo vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pot\u0159ebu fol\u00e1tu nebo jej m\u00e1 nedostatek, p\u0159esto\u017ee jej konzumuje v dostate\u010dn\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed, je velmi pravd\u011bpodobn\u00e9, \u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b j\u00eddlo nebude ten nejvhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zp\u016fsob, jak fol\u00e1t t\u011blu dodat. Existuj\u00ed nemoci a genetick\u00e9 faktory, kter\u00e9 mohou n\u011bkter\u00fdm lidem znemo\u017enit metabolismus fol\u00e1t\u016f p\u0159ijat\u00fdch z potravin. Obvykle je synteticky vyr\u00e1b\u011bna a potraviny jsou o n\u00ed fortifikov\u00e1ny. B\u011b\u017en\u011b se vyskytuje zejm\u00e9na v pe\u010divu, chlebu a cere\u00e1li\u00edch.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/eu.intelligentlabs.org\/cs-cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2019\/11\/co-je-5-mthf-detailni-pruvodce-folatem-amp-methylfolatem-03.jpg\"><\/a>V roce 1998 bylo v USA na\u0159\u00edzeno p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed kyseliny listov\u00e9 do konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch obiln\u00fdch zrn, aby byl zaji\u0161t\u011bn odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem B9 v masov\u00e9m m\u011b\u0159\u00edtku.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Od roku 2017 pak 86 zem\u00ed uz\u00e1konilo, \u017ee p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e1 mouka mus\u00ed obsahovat ur\u010ditou minim\u00e1ln\u00ed hodnotu kyseliny listov\u00e9. (2)(3)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>16 z t\u011bchto 86 zem\u00ed pak ud\u011blalo tot\u00e9\u017e i pro kuku\u0159i\u010dnou mouku. \u0160est zem\u00ed do tohoto seznamu p\u0159idalo tak\u00e9 r\u00fd\u017eovou mouku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Co je 5-MTHF?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>5-methyltetrahydrofol\u00e1t neboli tak\u00e9 5-MTHF je p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed forma vitam\u00ednu B9, kterou t\u011blo dok\u00e1\u017ee absorbovat a vyu\u017e\u00edt pro v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dely. Z tohoto d\u016fvodu je to v sou\u010dasnosti velice popul\u00e1rn\u00ed forma fol\u00e1tu, a to zejm\u00e9na mezi lidmi, u nich\u017e se vyskytl probl\u00e9m metabolizovat B9 z j\u00eddla nebo jin\u00fdch dopl\u0148k\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Synonyma 5-MTHF:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L-5-MTHF<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L-methylfol\u00e1t<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L-methylfol\u00e1t v\u00e1penat\u00fd (pouze pokud je v\u00e1z\u00e1n na v\u00e1penatou s\u016fl)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Methylfol\u00e1t<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kyselina levomefolov\u00e1<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u0161imn\u011bte si pros\u00edm p\u00edsmene \u201cL\u201d u n\u011bkter\u00fdch z v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch jmen. Toto p\u00edsmeno indikuje, \u017ee je vst\u0159ebateln\u00fd u drtiv\u00e9 v\u011bt\u0161iny lid\u00ed. \u201c6(S)\u201d nam\u00edsto \u201cL\u201d znamen\u00e1 tot\u00e9\u017e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee \u201cL\u201d je nahrazeno \u201c6(R),\u201d tak V\u00e1m tento prepar\u00e1t asi p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 nepom\u016f\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Jak\u00e1 forma 5-MTHF je pro Va\u0161e t\u011blo nejl\u00e9pe vst\u0159ebateln\u00e1 &amp; vyu\u017eiteln\u00e1?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Studie publikovan\u00e1 v British Journal of Pharmacology porovn\u00e1vala absorpci 6 (S) -5-MTHF v t\u011ble s kyselinou listovou. P\u0159edm\u011btem testov\u00e1n\u00ed byly zdrav\u00e9 \u017eeny, kter\u00e9 m\u011bly kv\u016fli defektn\u00edm gen\u016fm, pot\u0159ebn\u00fdm ke zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bchto \u017eivin probl\u00e9m s absorpc\u00ed fol\u00e1tu z potravin nebo ve form\u011b kyseliny listov\u00e9. 6(S)-5-MTHF dok\u00e1zal mnohem l\u00e9pe dostat vitam\u00edn B do krevn\u00ed plazmy, odkud pak mohl za\u010d\u00edt v t\u011ble \u00fa\u010dinkovat.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V t\u00e9to studii v\u011bdci pou\u017eili 6(S)-5-MTHF, kter\u00fd byl v\u00e1z\u00e1n na v\u00e1penatou s\u016fl a ano, co se vst\u0159eb\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00fd\u010de, p\u0159ekonal kyselinu listovou\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ALE\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jin\u00e1 studie porovn\u00e1vala u potkan\u016f l\u00e1tky na b\u00e1zi v\u00e1pn\u00edku s jinou formou 6 (S) -5-MTHF v\u00e1zanou na glukosamin nam\u00edsto v\u00e1pn\u00edku. Ob\u011b tyto formy porovnali v\u011bdci tak\u00e9 s kyselinou listovou. Studie u prok\u00e1zala u glukosaminov\u00e9 soli 6 (S) -5-MTHF 1,8kr\u00e1t vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed plazmatick\u00e9 hladiny v krvi ne\u017e u v\u00e1penat\u00e9 soli 5-MTHF a 3,1kr\u00e1t vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hladiny ne\u017e u kyseliny listov\u00e9. Sou\u010dasn\u011b tak\u00e9 uvedli, \u017ee m\u011bli lep\u0161\u00ed vztahy s rodinou, p\u0159\u00e1teli, kolegy, partnery, ale dokonce i s ostatn\u00edmi lidmi, s nimi\u017e nebyli v \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m bli\u017e\u0161\u00edm vztahu. Celkov\u00fd rozd\u00edl byl tud\u00ed\u017e po 95 dnech celkem znateln\u00fd. Testovan\u00ed jedinci u\u017e\u00edvali p\u0159edepsanou a velmi silnou formu 5-MTHF. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 d\u00e1vka obsahovala 7.5 nebo 15mg. Obvykl\u00e1 po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed d\u00e1vka pro b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 u\u017eivatele, kte\u0159\u00ed depres\u00ed netrp\u00ed je 1mg nebo i m\u00e9n\u011b. (12)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedn\u00edm z d\u016fvod\u016f, pro\u010d je u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed 5-MTHF vhodn\u00e9 u pacient\u016f s depres\u00ed, je i to, \u017ee fol\u00e1ty jsou nezbytnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed produkce hlavn\u00edch neurotransmiter\u016f, jako je serotonin, dopamin a norepinefrin a m\u016f\u017ee napom\u00e1hat jejich regulaci. Limit pro fol\u00e1ty, kter\u00e9 poch\u00e1zej\u00ed ze zeleniny nebo 5-MTHF nebyl stanoven. No chemical reactions are required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Reacts with less drugs than folic acid<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Because no further conversion is required for 5-MTHF to be bioactive, it is less likely to interact with drugs and reduce their effectiveness. (33)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is also appreciated by psychiatrists, because this form of folate enters the brain directly through the blood-brain barrier. This barrier prevents many substances from penetrating the circulatory system into the brain, but 5-MTHF can properly penetrate directly into the nervous system. (32)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The fact that folic acid usually reacts with other drugs is due to its metabolic process.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">It does not mask the symptoms of B12 deficiency<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>While folates can mask the damage to the nervous system caused by blood disorders associated with B12 deficiency, 5-MTHF has been shown not to be the risk. (34)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What dose of 5-MTHF should I start with?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Most people start with the usual dose of 1 mg 5-MTHF a day or less. However, some situations may require a dose of 5 mg or more. Your doctor will advise you on the appropriate dosage. Just remember that for other forms of folate, a higher dose may not necessarily be better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Who should NOT take 5-MTHF?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Do not take 5-MTHF if you are allergic to it.
