Ale nejde jen o jeho chu\u0165 a dobr\u00fd pocit z najezen\u00ed. J\u00eddlo toti\u017e obsahuje tak\u00e9 mikro\u017eiviny, kter\u00e9 mohou p\u0159\u00edmo ovlivnit to, jak na\u0161e t\u011blo a mozek dohromady funguj\u00ed. Pr\u016fzkum proveden\u00fd v r\u00e1mci projektu J\u00eddlo a N\u00e1lada &#8211; Food and Mood, pod z\u00e1\u0161titou charity du\u0161evn\u00edho zdrav\u00ed Mind zjistil, \u017ee kolem 90% lid\u00ed pozorovalo, \u017ee zm\u011bna stravy u nich vedla k v\u00fdrazn\u00e9mu zlep\u0161en\u00ed du\u0161evn\u00edho zdrav\u00ed. Tak\u017ee do jak\u00fdch potravin se tito \u0161\u0165astn\u00ed lid\u00e9 zakousli?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ho\u0159k\u00e1 \u010dokol\u00e1da<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Zn\u00e1te tu reklamu, v n\u00ed\u017e se \u017eena p\u0159i prvn\u00edm kousnut\u00ed do \u010dokol\u00e1dy rozte\u010de blahem? Ta funguje jako tzv. chemick\u00fd posel neboli neurotransmiter. Anandamid je vytv\u00e1\u0159en v mozku a m\u00e1 schopnost do\u010dasn\u011b blokovat negativn\u00ed pocity, jako jsou nap\u0159\u00edklad bolest nebo dokonce deprese. \u010cokol\u00e1da tedy mezi \u0161\u0165astn\u00e1 j\u00eddla neodmysliteln\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed zaj\u00edmavost\u00ed tak\u00e9 je, \u017ee anandamid \u00fa\u010dinkuje podobn\u011b jako marihuana.
